Best Mexican food around!!! We tried this place for the first time and it definitely wont be our last. The food was deeeelicious!! My chicken tacos were full of flavor and so tender. My hubby had shrimp and he said it was the best shrimp he ever had. The service was amazing too. Tawnya was so attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend and will be back for sure

Located in historic district of Fullerton and ample parking. The decor is impressive, upscale and we arrived in casual attire. Most of the patrons were dressed for a Saturday night. We were seated in a few minutes. Service was spot on. Food was delicious, simple and elegantly presented. We will return, better dressed than the first time. No photo of leche flan dessert as I wanted to taste it immediately. I succumbed to its satin texture in my mouth. A photo will not do it justice. The only complaint I have is they don’t serve Agua Fresca which I always look forward to having in a Mexican restaurant.Parking: Public but fee parking. Street parking is available.

Margarita flight is 10000% worth it. Delicious! Our server Tanya was so sweet and helpful. My mom wanted to order a spicy mojito and she delivered. It was amazing. I didn't realize it opened up just about 8 months ago. Come check this place out.

Service was a 5 star. The waiters and waitresses were kind and pleasant and attentive. I gave a 3 star rating for the food. As a Mexican and having highly trained tastebuds of Mexican food the quality was not on point...sadly it really didn't deliver. The beans were 100% from a can, for this restaurant having so much detail in interior & exterior it should deliver more authentic quality and flavor no shortcuts. The salsa tasted great I will give credit there. I ordered tacos de gobernador (they weren't seasoned enough or served the traditional way it's supposed to be, major let down. The white rice is zero effort in providing customers with something worthwhile. My friend ordered the chicken enchiladas and said that was a letdown. Not much flavor. It definitely needs some refinements in those areas. We ordered the flight of drinks I enjoyed all except the dragonfruit it was pretty sweet in my opinion. The chocolate mousse cake was actually really good. I honestly wished for a better food experience but unfortunately that didn't happen.

Came here on a friday around 4-5 pm . Me and my husband both vegan so came strictly for drinks. Place wasn't very busy it's a big place so lots of seating. Hosts didn't really greet us just asked if we had a reservation-- abrupt but not rude I suppose . Asked if it was ok to just sit at bar since we will only be having drinks they said yes. Upon sitting at the bar, the bartender-- younger man of shorter stature didn't bother greeting or acknowledging us I had to pretty much keep looking at him to help us out. I was confused like I wasn't supposed to be sitting there because due to the lack of service. He then proceeded to go ask a supervisor behind the bar something (seemed to be about us) So I asked if it was okay to sit there and the supervisor said yes. I wanted to leave at this point out of discomfort but just proceeded to order the drinks from our bartender. Also our bartender and some staff with him just lacked professionalism as I heard cussing in casual convo they were having. I'm not a prude but just bring this up to demonstrate the experience with their service. So my experience was not good since the very start. I'm a very fair and understanding person as I too am in the service industry but for the price and facade of this place the service is just off and lacking. Also this place gives the vibe like they are going for really upscale but the drinks that we ordered were very average (can't speak for the food). We got a margarita flight and they all seemed like they had mix . I would assume a place like this makes their featured drinks with more quality ingredients. I almost couldn't taste the difference in flavor on their flight. Anyways the supervisor made up for the bartenders lack of social skills and service so I'm leaving a 2 star. Total for the margarita flight $25 and one more drink was $50 ish dollars. And though service didn't warrant tip I felt generous and still left one. If you want better service, a quality drink and a few simple appetizers for same price go to Zama or Hidalgo's. There's just too many Mexican spots in the area to miss the mark like this. I hope they do better for their own sake this place looks like it was super expensive to build. Idk If I'd be back even for just a drink, likely not.
