Great restaurant, event space and nightclub. Our family especially loves their Taco Tuesday and Weekend Brunch. Their food is absolutely delicious with great vegetarian and vegan optionsVegetarian options: Many dishes have the option of choosing soyrizo or portobello mushroom and shallots as a protein alternative.Wheelchair accessibility: Very close accessible parking and restaurant has a very open floor plan.

Very bad service. We went to dine in and stayed later for the night club. The bouncers were very immature and unprofessional. We had a very terrible experience. We will never go return to eat here.

This establishment is age discriminating and racist against older Asian people. I was asked to leave after refusing to buy a drink for a patron. The lady was angry after I refused to buy her a drink. She also refused to dance with an older Asian man. I would strongly recommend to avoid this bar.

We got reservations a few days in advance and celebrated my friend's 31st birthday, we ordered 3 separate margaritas: Jalapeño, Cucumber (Pepino), and Guava. All were great in there own right, and got our appetizers and food in a timely manner, waiters kept your glass of water full all the time. Our waiter brought by a birthday flan for my friend and recommended a bar to go to as well, I will definitely consider coming back one day.

We went here for OC Restaurant Week and it was amazing! Got the $35 3-prefix dinner and a Madero Taco. I would highly recommend their Taco Tuesday, which I will be trying soon, and their Civiche and Mahi Mahi.Vegetarian options: There are fish and seafood items without meat.Parking: You can use the back entrance to the resturant parking lot it is free, but look out for the 30 minute spots.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is $9 for an Entree and includes 2 sides. Tried the $3 ice cream Taco for dessert and it was huge!
Went with a big family group so I tried a bit of everyone’s food. The brunch food was absolutely flavorless and horrible. The only acceptable part was the margaritas. Even with new name and small changes Love this place. All time favorite taco Tuesday. The food, the ambiance, and live dj music. Me and husbands fav place in Fullerton. Oh and the birria sooo gooo.
I have been going to Matador since the restaurant opened & now they are MADERO 1899. Same Great staff, great food, great craft drinks, great place for Taco Tuesday. The menus & decor have been refreshed. I love the airy, open patio too. What more can you ask for; so get up and go.
