My partner and I are regulars here as it is near our apartment and in a plaza right near our local Target. Walking into the restaurant, you hear the grills hard at work preparing chicken and short ribs alike. The smell wafts in the venue as you wait for your food to be cooked and it's such a treat. I usually get the #1 Hawaiian Chicken BBQ plate ($13.99) with extra Mac salad and my bf orders the Loco Moco ($16.49). Typically, you're in and out of here unless it's busy like around dinner time. You won't wait more than 15 minutes as they're very quick on serving the food out fast and hot. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely makes for a great meal and reasonable pricing for good Hawaiian food.

Food is great and always freshly prepared. The people who run the place are fantastic and the employees are all very kind as well. They also take EBT if anyone may need that information.
I had the chicken katsu bowl and spam musubi. I liked the portion size of the bowl because I ate the steamed vegetables and some of the chicken for dinner and ate the rest for lunch on the next day. The meat tasted tender and delicious. Combined with the rice and katsu and teriyaki sauces, I enjoyed my meal a lot. I don't have any comments this time about the service and ambience, but Maui Hawaiian BBQ serves solid takeout.

Food is amazing and even have spam musubi $1.49 on Thursdays. The woman on the counter is very friendly and and the smell of the food when you come in makes my stomach hurt for hunger lol.
Overall, the food was good. And a bowl and some spam musubi as well. I would recommend this location to anyone. Prices are not competitive, but it is an expensive world these days. I know several people who go to this location on almost weekly basis. I am for the most part pretty happy with the service and the quality food.

Teriyaki sauce is too sweet and watered down! BBQ beef was tender but the flavor tasted like sweet jerky and not teriyaki! Mac salad tastes flavorless and noodles tasted old. Was hoping to find a good alternative to L&L Hawaiian BBQ but this is not the place because I wish I had went to L&L instead after eating here. Place is pretty busy so they must have a lot customers that like it, but it's not for me.
