I recently visited the McDonald's located in amerige town center, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I ordered a hamburger, which was well cooked and delicious. The staff members were friendly and provided prompt service, making the entire dining process smooth and enjoyable. This McDonald's is consistently a great place to visit when you're in need of a quick meal without compromising on quality. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and craving some fast food done right.

This is the most disgusting mcdonalds I've been to. The bathrooms are GROSS and there was no soap. The food was also low quality and gave me a stomach ache. Maybe they reused the deep frying oil or didn't clean it for a while. Service and atmosphere are ok.

there's a guy working there always acting dumb with me. each time i go there he try to gimme burger without onion or without pickles knowing that i order it extra pickles and onion and last time he gives me my meal without fries. if he doesn't stop doing that to me i'm gonna report him and he must be fired right away

I eat McDonalds maybe 4 times a year, but I love it oh so much. I had a double cheeseburger, 6 piece nuggets and shared a large fry with my grandpa. He had a quarter pounder with cheese. It was all delicious. Service was fast and efficient, and ambiance was typical for a mcdonalds. Next time I'll ask for extra onion in my burger, as mine barely had any. Other than that, No complaints here.

To preface this review, I've been to this McDonald's specifically about 4 or 5 times now, usually only ever in the late afternoon or evenings.First I'd like to specifically call out the lad working the drive through Sat. Oct 8th in the late evening; very pleasant, punctual, and sufficient; he's exactly the kind of person you would want handling your food order.He also gave us extra sauce without an extra thought when we asked.The chefs here at this McDonald's are legit the best I've been to anywhere, period. Every time we've gotten food here, it's taken us a solid 5 seconds at the drive through (use the mobile app, it's worth it), the burgers are always juicy with an incredible richness, and the fries are always hot. Everything is placed centered (nearly, if not) on the burger. Even the cheese is melted on the burger correctly.The only thing I could actually critique is that the fries or nuggets aren't very crunchy, but this is honestly nitpicking, everything they cook has been amazing, and everything is always fresh. They follow directions on the mobile apps perfectly every time (no ice, no salt, etc.), and even get huge food orders 100% correct.I want to not review this place because I don't want it busy at all hours of the day, but honestly the entire staff here absolutely deserve recognition for their consistently amazing service.10/10 do recommend this location.Parking: There is almost a totally empty lot every time I've been there (always after 7 pm)Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's

This McDonald's experience was really bad. On Friday I ordered a Big Mac meal on the app which came out to $9.89 and picked it up inside the restaurant. It took 35 minutes to get my food. When I opened the package, the Big Mac sauce was spilled all over the bun as if someone dropped it, the fries were very cold and hard and carelessly tossed in the bag not being inside the cup they use, and the burger was cold. The bun was also stale and tough to eat. The soda was flat. I don't usually complain, but I let them know about the issues.A manager named Joana was nice and offered to replace my meal. She said I could come back that day or the next day for a refund or a different meal. I chose to come back the next day (Saturday) because I work graveyard shifts. However, when I returned the next day, Joana wasn't there. I asked an employee and he tried to help, but the manager on duty started yelling loudly at the employee, causing a scene.The employee apologized and asked me to come back Tomorrow (Sunday) when Joana would be there. So, I went back on Sunday, but Joana still wasn't there. Another manager, who had a an Elvis haircut, was unhelpful and asked for my bank statements when I had the order number on my phone. She gave me a hard time, refunded me $2.87 less than the actual amount, and claimed the app offered cheaper prices, which is why I received less money.I left feeling frustrated and trying to contact corporate didn't seem like they would help since it takes so long to get an issued resolved. At this point it wasn't about the food but how rude and unprofessional those 2 managers were. I wasted time and gas driving back 30 minutes and forth twice without getting my order fixed or receiving a proper refund. I won't be returning to this McDonald's. The behavior of the two managers was unprofessional, and I even saw one of them handling food without gloves after scratching her back. If I could, I would give this McDonald's a zero-star rating.
