The Service - SpectacularThe Food - Insanely DeliciousThe juicy pork dumplings were an entire experience. The depth of flavor and textures was extremely enjoyable. The homemade noodles were impeccable and we saw the chef kneading and cutting the dough in house. We will definitely be coming back!

This place impressed me with how quickly they seated us. It was also a nice touch to be able to watch the noodles being made up close. The staff was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. The cleanliness of the place was notable. I'd give it 4 stars because one of the soups I ordered wasn't to my liking, but overall, it was a great experience.

The staff in this place is phenomenal. Every staff member CARES so much and notices little details. They really pay attention to their customers. Ownership/management cares !! The food also never disappoints. They do a lot of takeout and you can tell because their packaging is consistent and secure and always included everything you need. I’ve dined in, picked up takeout, and gotten delivery and the food is consistent every time. The ONLY thing that kind of sucks about this place is the restaurant is so small there are so many tables so close together and the tables are so small. Understandable from a business perspective since they are trying to turn as many tables as possibly very quickly and also makes sense why they do so much takeout. Overall one of my favorite spots for sure.
Not enough vegetarian/vegan options. For some dishes, tofu is $2 extra but you only get a few pieces. Entrees do not have enough vegetables...mostly (cheap filler) rice or noodle instead.One of the waitresses was trying to rush us...bringing the bill even though we had just gotten full bowls of our food.I wouldn't return.

We love noodle Street! Our niece introduced us, and we haven’t looked back. Be aware on coming on Friday nights and weekends. Very popular and the location in Fullerton can’t get very busy. Look forward to all the different noodles that they have and options. You won’t be disappointed.

Great knife noodles! This place is really good and best of all, the prices are fair. I recommend the spicy beef noodle soup. It's not that spicy.Beef roll is on par. The tomato egg noodles is good but not soupy. It's more of a tomato egg over noodles. Overall great for the price. Service was fast and very attentive.

Food is pretty good but really oily and greasy. Service is great but they have no idea what the food actually contains (allergy questions are iffy). Atmosphere is great but it's subarctic. Overall, really like the place but don't partake too often.Parking: Parking is kind of trash because of the location, not their fault.
