You guys are open. Saw on your website that you opened today. I called 5 times to call in an order. Each time you didn't pick up. Lost a customer cus you forgot how to pick up a phone call. I called in a twenty minute window, 5 times.

BUYER BEWARE!!! It took only five minutes into eating my BBQ beef meal that I was hit with food poisoning. I wasn't quite sure if it was the beef, so two hours later I took two more bites and BOOM back in the bathroom. I ordered from this place a couple weeks ago and it was pretty good. I will NEVER EVER CONSIDER EATING HERE

Solid Hawaiian food. I have no clue why this place has average reviews. Customer service was great. Food was ready quickly. Rice was fresh. This is important because a lot of restaurants reheat rice from the day prior. I got the Mix plate. Good portions. I'll be coming here again.

I must start by saying that I usually love this food. But my family and I had an unfortunate situation. On Tuesday, January 28th my my husband, our daughter and I went to have dinner there. I ordered the hawaiian combo, my daughter ordered chicken Katsu (breaded chicken, and my husband ordered the chicken plate. My daughter showed me a piece of her chicken and I told her tgat it looked like it was undercooked. But since I didn't have my glasses, I told her to check it well before eating it. She said it looked fine and ate it. At around 10 at night, she said she wasn't feeling good but went to bed. At about 2 am she woke up throwing up and dizzy, and then my husband also started throwing up and started feeling chills. Both my daughter and husband were up till about 4:30 am throwing up. In the morning I made them both urgent care appointments. They both ended up getting IV's because they were dehydrated. My husband's doctor confirmed that it was food poisoning, but my daughter's doctor wasn't sure if it was a stomach flu or food poisoning. Please if you eat at this establishment or anywhere else, if in doubt about your food, ask to have it check, It is not worth it to get sick and end up at the hospital. I think I would eAt there again, but will be very careful.

Good food but the katsu portion was sad. Ten dollars for 9 slivers of chicken. Usually I have enough to tasker home at any other Hawaiian place.
