YEZTI is one of most ghetto lowest foulest dirty employee here, she refused to remake a pizza after my mother and I waited over 20 mins after the app had said it was ready 20 minutes prior. Then she wanted to fight me, guess she forgot she's being paid by the hour. Girl do your job

The manager was very rude from the time I walked in to order my food he clearly was racist towards me I sat there and watched him be nice to other people that was not my skin color I felt like I didn't have to put up with that kind of behavior so I asked for a refund he said great slam my money on the counter I then walk out of the restaurant he follows me out taking pictures of my vehicle the atmosphere was very intimidating and unpleasant.

They just asked wayyy too many questions and make the order take longer than it should. Other than that, staff is very nice. They're just forced to ask all those stupid questions that they probably RARELY ever get an "Okay, I'll get that" by a stoned customer

Not sure when my last yelp review has been, but my experience today was foul. My young daughter ate a small pack of bleu-cheese that was 1.5 month over expiration, which I l can now likely look forward to a long night of stomach complaints. When I called to alert the manager on duty that expired food was going out, he hung up on me. I understand this location is "college town", and believe me, I would have ordered from the one off Imperial if Uber Eats allowed it. Please take a look at your food/expiration dates before eating from this location. Probably should also mention that the drizzle of Buffalo sauce on the wings was pretty cute, as was the lack of ANY Buffalo sauce on the rock hard (seemingly day old) little marble sized boneless wings we ordered. Have some pride.

1 Star only because that's the lowest option. Avoid at ALL costs. Worst employees I've ever encountered in my life. Shift manager practically told me to F OFF because I called back to let them know my pizza was cold. Ordered thru the app and it said 14 mins. I saw my pizza come out and sit for 20 minutes until someone else asked if I've been helped. After finding my order, I was questioned if I paid for my pizza. Yes I did when I ordered it and left a tip, yet my payment wasn't recorded. This is not the service I would expect from any restaurant. If you are not happy with your job please do yourself a favor and find something that can make you miserable, not your paying customers.

This store uses small pizza-size topping on large pizzas. No plates & napkins during the Covid pandemic, still the same. I arrived at the store 7 minutes after the online readiness notice but wasn't ready.I have been ordering pizza from this store for more than 10 years but getting worse. NO MORE PAPA JOHNES.

The crispy parm was my absolute favorite. It was a perfect thin crust pizza. Too bad it's only for a limited time, because I can't stand their other pizzas. First time ordering in about 20 years. The crispy parm was the only thing that brought me back, but it's only temporary. As soon as the crispy pizza is gone, so am I.

Before I say anything, I just want to say "the only" reason I gave this place two stars was because the employees were busting their butts.My Lord, once again, I am reminded of what truly horrible food tastes like. But before I say anything else, I have to talk about their new answering service. Complete predatorial marketing crap!!! First she practically orders for me and doesn't even allow me to speak. Then, when I clearly say, "all I want are two Papaditas" , she tries to railroad a 2 liter soda down my throat! Then, before I can speak, she's trying to cram some cookies or some other b******* item down my throat! Do I appear like I'm an obese animal or something?! Then she almost demands that I pay over the phone, why? Because they want to sell my info after they poison me with "The worst Italian food of all time". Then, because she's clearly annoyed by my constant deflections she demands I spell my last name for a freakin pizza?! You predatory turds!!!! The Papadita was a soggy undercooked piece of cardboard. The cheese kind of smelled like a day laborer's armpit on a hot July afternoon. Disgusting!!! All the internal ingredients appeared undercooked. Seriously, if you look at this stupid thing it's a 14 inch pizza folded in half with a fancy name. I hate their pizza that's why I ordered a Papadita. Turns out I'm the fool falling for their advertising again. To the marrow of my bones I despise aggressive companies like this. Mark my words Papa John shareholders,"I will never be fooled into buying another item from you". America wake up your taste buds because this is inedible cardboard with ketchup on it! Papa John's? More like"Caca John's"
