Worst pho place I've ever been. I ordered $13 beef combo pho. But there were 4 pieces of tiny sliced beef and they didn't even put the tendons and other stuffs. Service was terrible as well not worth a penny for tip. Do not go to this place.

Dated, food, and service was subpar. I am sure that once upon a time, it was a great place but as of today, it needs some work. First off the food, food selection is very limited and whatever you do choose, the food is very bland. Price is a little high for what's serviced but I guess that's just keeping up with the current inflation. Service was nonexistent. Once the lady brought the food by, we never saw her again. Even when we were done, I had to chase her down for the bill. Now the ambiance, must be better at night when the lights are out but if you go during the daytime, you can see everything is very old/dated. Half the restaurant has these photo booths setup. I guess whatever you can do to make a quick buck. Unfortunately this is not a place I will be coming back.

This is my personal hide-away spot when I needed a quieter place to eat a bowl of hot pho after a heavy day of work or chores. I tend to go on weekday nights because there are less people. The pho is tasty, the customer service is great (respectfully and friendly with smiles, unlike some other pho places in this area.) I might be wrong, but I think this place also intends to serve as a bar with Korean alcohol, where groups of friends or family can drink, chat, and hang out. I personally don't think that would work for the majority culture and population in this town - just take a look at the bar across the street which now is turned into a fried chicken place. I'm just glad that they serve some Pho here. Not a lot of selections of pho, but it does the job for me. This place definitely worth checking out and support as a small local business.

Worse pho I have ever eaten. Pho real - aw'pho. Avoid at all costs unless you want to use their sticker booth machines. Yes, this place is so bad they took out half of their seating to install sticker/photo booths. What the pho?One thing worth mentioning...the customer service was excellent!

Mother and daughter are rude. Beef Pho was not flavorful and broth turned white once you moved stuff around.

The food was ok, but it tastes way different from an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The service was fine though! It was totally dead when we went. We were the only ones in the place.

Tofu pho and spring rolls were decent. We will come back, if they use reusable cups. For some reason, they served water in styrofoam cups. Very wasteful.

The fences surrounding this place are an eyesore. I hope these are removed soon. These types of items create an unwelcoming vibe. And, I would think they can potentially be safety hazards? Is Pho Zip Pho Cha serious about running a successful business?- Core Elements of a Successful Restaurant -1) Quality of food: Must offer high-quality food that is fresh and well-prepared.2) Ambiance: The decor, lighting, music, and seating arrangements should all contribute to a pleasant environment.3) Service: Extremely essential that guests feel welcome and comfortable. 4) Marketing: Must have strong marketing efforts to inform potential customers of the establishment, its cuisine, and services.5) Pricing: The prices must be in line with the quality of food and service offered.6) Creativity: Must be creative and unique in its cuisine, menu offerings, and presentation to stand out from the competition.7) Consistency: Consistency in the quality of food, service, and overall experience 8) Adaptability: Must remain adaptable and flexible to changing consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Just rambling as I very much want to see every business in this plaza succeeds!

I like the idea of a limited menu. When things are executed extremely well. But I don't this the banh mi was worth anything more than $3. I'll save my final verdict for their pho another day.

The noodles were soggy. The soup was bland. The meat was eh. Just go somewhere else. It's cheap though.
