I was super excited that I had found a pho spot near my home. This was my 2nd time coming here and was hoping for a quick delicious meal. When we arrived we didn't get greeted and had to seat ourselves... which was already a red flag.... When she finally realized we were there she came and gave us our menus as she was on her PERSONAL PHONE!!! at first we thought she was taking a to*go order but then quickly realized that it was a personal phone call... after sitting and waiting for 15 min (without beverages) she proceeded to ask us what we would like to eat WHILE SHE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE TALKING!! We literally left because she looked at us like we were interrupting her phone call... Rude*disrespectful*horrible customer service

This place PhoReal nasty af. They gave me rotten noodles that were likely over cooked to compensate for the lack of flavor. I really enjoy Vietnamese food but this was very disappointing as a Vietnamese person :( and then they don't even season they broth. I likely won't be returning and instead just making it fresh off the grill from at my house

PhoReal is my new go-to! My husband and I love coming here and getting our usual pho orders + something we haven't tried from their menu :) Let's talk about what makes PhoReal different from all the other pho spots in the area: BROTH. Their broth is not made up of powder soup bases or bouillon cubes - it's made of real ingredients and simmers for 24 hours before it's served. I feel great after I eat here, unlike some other pho restaurants that can make me feel bloated and salty. I adore their chicken pho, which is light and flavorful (and contains juicy cuts of chicken). Their other dishes like their grilled squid, soft shell crab, and scallops are amazing as well. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu! If you're looking for a pho spot that offers delicious, high quality food, dine at PhoReal!

The food here is delish! So fresh and the broth is so good! The egg rolls are also awesome.

I ordered a Pho togo with rare filet and beef tendon. I immediately noticed the noodles are in very bad quality, they're not fully cooked and in very chopped condition.... so I didn't wanna eat the night at all.. plus soup broth is not tasty either. The beef filet quality is good tho, hence the two stars. It'd be my first and last time trying this place.

Personally this my favorite pho place. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It brings me to tear time I eat it.

I'm really enjoy a plate of pho when the weather is cold. And I'm really enjoy the flavor of my chiken pho! Plus really good service. I will back soon! I really recommend this place.

I honestly do not understand how there are so many bad reviews. I went here for the first time a few days ago and LOVED the food. I really wish it was on Doordash. I ordered the beef pho with rare filet. Personally, in my opinion, it was THE best or one of the best phos i have had so far. The first thing I did when I got the pho was try the beef broth and it was WONDERFUL...full of flavor and perfectly seasoned, not too salty. The best part about the pho I ordered was the NOODLES. The noodles were DELICIOUS. The noodles were unique, and have never had noodles like it anywhere else. It had a great texture, and was somewhat chewy which I very much enjoyed. The rare filet that I chose to have in my beef pho was great and not overcooked. I also ordered the house special lobster with garlic noodles. It was immensely flavorful and scrumptious. It tasted sooo good, but did not include many garlic noodles and the lobster barely had any meat in it. I would like to see a lot more garlic noodles and more meat on the lobster included for the price I am paying. For my drink, I ordered a lemonade. The server did not have to tell me, but I could tell it was made in-house. It was soooo good. It was perfectly sweet and not too sour. In conclusion, the main notes that I have is that they should be available on Doordash for delivery, they don't give you enough garlic noodles with the lobster, and I will for sure come back to order the beef pho and lemonade again.

Food was good! Service was okay. The server looked like the owner, and didn't give us the customers and us crazy attention. We kinda had to flag her down for what we needed. Definitely will be back - food was delicious!

The pho tasted weird.... Like bad weird. I mean almost like someone accidentally dropped soap in it or something? I honestly hope this isn't the norm here. My family all got stomach ache right after. Needless to say it was not a good experience for any of us. Also the lady that worked there was real condescending to us.

So let me start by I know I'm just a white girl but I went here with my bfs family who are Vietnamese from Vietnam and know this food very very well. Tried the hamachi fish, spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken pho, rare steak pho and combo pho. First of all they didn't have the Vietnamese chilli at this restaurant and my bfs family thought it odd as they it's standard at every Vietnamese restaurant, and that's my personal experience as well. Onto the food... Egg rolls - good Spring rolls - all lettuce with a teeny tiny piece of pork and a mini shrimp. They normally have little meat but this was unusually little. Combo pho and rare steak pho - Beef balls were really soft, mushy and tasted funny. The noodles were very over cooked and fell apart to the touch. Super mushy as well. The beef pho broth wasn't good at all. Tasted artificial and salty according to my bfs mom, and I didn't like it either. It was so bad she actually thought something was wrong with it and the workers didn't know about it so she mentioned to the worker that the broth tasted off and explained why. The worker, who we believe is the owner, replied rudely and didn't care at all. She said it's made the same way it always is and it's done right. My bfs mom honestly thought something was wrong with the broth and was letting them know because she thought they accidentally dropped something inside and was serving bad broth. She said it tasted like perfume. Chicken pho - they didn't like the broth of this either and their noodles were also severely over cooked. Tea - normally why review tea, it's just tea, right? Well I did not try it myself but all of the people I was with did and said that it tasted like perfume, like somebody dropped a perfume ball inside. That confirmed further to my bfs mom someone mistakenly did something in the back of the kitchen causing bad quality food to some out. In the end who knows what happened but the worker being rude when my bfs mentioned it was the cherry to top off a bad experience. Wouldn't have written such a poor review otherwise.

Super clean, spacious, and modern place! Service was nice too. We got the soft shell crabs (3 for $12) and it came with some sort of mayo sauce. It was delicious, but the crabs are TINYYY. We also got the grilled squid ($10.50) which also came with its own green sauce; again, a super tasty dish! Lastly, we got a chicken garlic noodle ($14?) and although it was good, we didn't taste any garlic and the portion was really small for the price. Overall, solid food and good service but expensive for what you get.

You need to fix the sewer odor coming out of the restroom. It is all over the restaurant. It was so bad that my families rushed the eating and ran out of the restaurant before I paid for the check. If you let me know after the fix, I will come back and readdress this review.

Great food and friendly staff.

The food is great, but overshadowed by prices and small portions at times. The staff is responsive and caring. I've heard reports of a lady being abrasive at times, but I think she's the owner and it's possibly due to her making sure the food is top notch. I'd recommend the garlic noodles with prawns.
