Really enjoyed my visit to Play Coffee! I ordered the maple matcha. You could tell the quality of the matcha, I just wish it was a bit sweeter. Next time I’ll ask for a sweeter drink. My wife loved her shaken espresso drink. The coffee shop is very unique, is well designed, and has a lot of seating throughout. Definitely a must try coffee shop in Fullerton!

Loved the vibe and the smell when walking up to the place. Then you get it and its simple but sweet. Love the way it is set up. My daughters loved the atmosphere. The gentleman that helped us with our order went above and beyond and entertained my 10 year old with making little hearts in the hot chocolate. Above and beyond with the customer service and the money spent on the drinks were well worth it. Definitely need one in Yorba Linda Area.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of options. My daughter is dairy free.Parking: Parking off the street which is considered the back area the front area is closer to Heroes. Not much parking back there but you have the structure across the street close enough.Kid-friendliness: My youngest is 10 she is loud so there is plenty of seating outside toward the front by the street (yes, it is gated off). Great set up for the familyWheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair however it is roomy enough if you had one. I would recommend parking in the back by Heroes if you have a wheelchair.

Coffee and pastries were delightful. The staff not so much...not sure if it was the rain day blues or what but they just seemed like they were in a bad mood. Hope this changes in our future visits.

I'm not a regular but I have been a couple times for the quality service & coffee but after my last visit, I feel like the baristas could pickup their customer service a bit more. My friend had her cookie thrown onto the counter infront of her and was not asked if she wanted hot/iced for her drink but it was made iced. The same barista that made the drink didn't look approachable so she just drank it. Lights inside the indoor seating area were also flickering all day as we worked and restrooms were not filled/cleaned while multiple baristas talked behind the bar. This was a quiet Friday afternoon.

Neat place mixing indoor and outdoor spaces. The lights in the study area were strangely blinking on and off but we just threw the switch and we're able to study. Neat place. I didn't like that the payment options started at 20% tip... Talk about guilt tripping people into a higher tip.

They were out of all decaf coffee options so I ended up getting a chai latte for a lower caffeine option. Unfortunately it was verrrrrrry sweet which is just not my style. Good ambiance and service, just didn't love the drink.

I've been to PLAY coffee a few times these past few months and while I don't drink coffee, I really enjoy the tea. I've had the south african wild rooibos iced tea the first time I went. Ever since then, I've been having the Uji Matcha Americano which is really good. The flavor tastes just right and the umami doesn't feel overpowering.
