This establishment needs to understand that keeping the RECCURRING customers is what keeps a business successful. They seem unable to maintain the social media outburst on their videos that have gone viral. How will this establishment maintain the growth occured while going viral? Itll eventually die down and all the customers you had will not return back....I had reserved a reservation online among the rest of the customers who had been waiting in the reservation line. They took "walk ins" before taking some of the reservations. #2. I was cut in line by other customers who jumped the line. And the workers did absolutely nothing about it and sat others who had cut the line. #3. They were extremely unprofessional and were asking several people in line if they would like to split a table and were having other parties again cut the lines in order to split tables. I've never been asked in a restaurant to split a table with strangers. That's completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were fitted into a super tight hallway as well. It is very dim and dark hard to see there as well. The taco area section had several other customers cutting the line as well. There's no management done here. There needs to be employees assisting where customers need to stand and stay. Other's who were also waiting in the taco stand for meat CUT in front of others as well to the toppings station. This had almost cost me to drop my taco plate. Nothing is labeled for salsa. No labeling for the meats. There's needs to BE labels for the meats and toppings. I had burnt my mouth and couldn't finish my last plate of tacos because one of the salsas were so spicy and burnt my throat. I had thought it was a Chipotle salsa but unfortunately was not due to no proper labeling. It's a ashame because the barboca tacos were absolutely delicious and juicy! As well as the carne asada tacos they were very juicy and seasoned extremely well.

***SEE UPDATE BELOW*****Horrible planning and managment for Taco tuesday, must have reservation is what you told when you walk up, nevermind they DONT POST ANYTHING on the web page or social media!*Update-Back after making a reservation (2 weeks ago)after being turned away. Honestly I was really hoping to be surprised In a good way.First, you only have 1 hr. I didn't find this out untill a customer mentioned it.It's disorganized, very crammed hallway to get food, the food is OK for what you pay for.The tacos we had;Birria- super dry, no flavorTripa- dry, chewy, lacked flavorAl pastor- greasy, no flavor and coldNacho bar lacked a fresh selection.Rice and beans, good for a latin/mex resturant.I also spoke with a few other patrons, some shared the same sentiment of dissapointment. One family drove from Apple valley for this. They were also not pleased.Guess we won't be back. Doubt the Apply Valley family Will be either.I'm sure they are "trying" but honestly your better off going to anywhere else. Just not worth the money, IMO* I am not a food expert, however I have owned a food service business and understand flow, and service.

Wow, what a nice spot to have lunch. The atmosphere is relaxing as you visit and have lunch/supper. They have an outdoor sitting area as well as indoor dining. We sat inside for lunch. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The restaurant is easy to find and the area has a few parking lots to park and walk around. We are very pleased to have walked in. If you are visiting during peak hours you should make a reservation. Make this a spot to feed your belly, and get some downtime in.Kid-friendliness: We were here at lunch time and a lot of families were in and out with their kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and back entrance are wheelchair accessible

On Taco Tuesday they're were long lines for Food, most the dishes were empty and not refilled. Agua's were watered down, tasted like water. Food area was not kept up. It was dirty with food droppings and not cleaned. You pay before entering and i left a tip but they're hardly any waiters or waitresses to clean tables as you ate.The first time we went, we didn't have a reservation so we were turned away. But our 2nd visit with a reservation we saw many go in without. It's not a very big place and the tables are very close together not much elbow room to eat. The staff at the door was friendly. Not a place I would return again or recommend

The tacos were really good, agua frescas were awesome, we enjoyed it, and the price was right as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Here's the problem I have with the place though, at least on the all you can eat Taco Tuesdays. The area where you get the taco meat and toppings is really small, and only maybe 4-5 people can fit in that area.People are slow getting their toppings causing the entire line to get very backed up. In the hour of time you get, if it's busy like it was when we went, you're lucky if you can make it through the line twice. Due to limited space and narrow walkways, it's hard to maneuver around in this place on top of it.My advice if you go on taco Tuesday, fill your plate to the MAX each time you go through the line. Otherwise you will be standing in line about 80% of the time and woofing down tacos the other 20%.I'm not sure if they do this on purpose to slow the line and save on costs or if whoever came up with the setup is just a complete idiot. In either case, the food/price point weren't good enough that we would deal with the bad setup again.I'd gladly pay another $10 a person if they changed up their setup so the line moved much faster.

1 Star review for management process- I am giving this a 1 star just on how the business took about the approach with the all you can eat buffet, as we were coming from a long distance drive to this restaurant to try there food. We were turned away because of no reservation. I want to make it clear had this been the case that a reservation was needed for some time it would be understandable. Although the change only took place a week within social media posts, people are not aware of checking the website within a few days if anything has changed. I feel something so quick to change as a reservation there needs to be some grace for others in terms of the time sequence of the change and the drive for customer service approach. I understand business can change things the next day if they wanted to according to there desire although through a professional setting i feel after social media posts were giving it exposure and there was no signage of reservation at that time and then as people were coming for that following Tuesday were expected to know there was a reservation when a week before there was no indication of RESERVATIONS. I just think a little of a heads up notice and through instagram reels there should have been more of a push to let others know as after reels grew about this place they decided lets put a reservation in my opinionIn terms of the FOOD : i cannot comment because i have not tried the food so i will not give it any stars until i try it to give it a fair rating.Atmosphere may have been good but walked in to a negative atmosphere as we were turned awayI hope for the future customers can be notified well in advanced, more signage and more marketing to let others know.Thank you

We went to Revolucion today for Easter brunch. There was a group of 6 adults, and we did not have a reservation. They were able to seat us right away, and Anthony was our server. The place was empty and was very cold inside. The food was great and came out quickly. Drinks were also really good, and we had many choices. Overall, we had a good experience. However, there were a couple of negatives. I ordered a skinny margarita with Mezcal and a splash of soda water. When I received the bill, I realized each of my drinks was $24. I did not request a specific Mezcal and was not informed of an up charge. I let our server Anthony know that I did not request a special Mezcal and should have been informed of the up charge. He apologized but did not offer any solutions. Anthony also forgot to serve another person a margarita at our table but still charged us for it. Although the food and drinks were good, I will not return due to the lack of communication with the drinks.
