Shouting very loudly to someone in the backroom. Using f words. I had to leave the store right away. With two young kids. They were terrified. God knows where she is from.

Pizza was okay in the past but when I just went to get a MEDIUM pizza they were going to charge $28 and some change. I’ve seen inflation like everyone else but that is just blatant ripoff. I left without ordering and won’t go in again.

If there was an ability to give a negative star I would. I had originally stopped to use the ATM @cthe BofA a couple businesses down from Round Table. I first went into Subway to use their restroom, as I am a substitute teacher & left work early as I wasn't feeling well. Subway's restroom was closed down (plumbing issues). Understandable. So I went into Round Table. As I am looking for a restroom, the schmuck server behind the counter immediately talks to me like I am some street junky, "Restroom is for paying customers only." I explain my predicament, that I just need to relieve myself. He argues with without any empathy. Then the cat lady of a manager stands in front of what looks like what could be the restroom. Even if it wasn't, she starts to get in my face when I mention it is against the law (I begin to point out the hot water a Starbucks was in a few years ago when a gentleman was denied restroom use). I say to her I could call the police because of failure to let me use the restroom. I wasn't a junkie, homeless, or looking to cause any kind of trouble. But she began to yell "I will call the cops if you don't leave now!" In a country with hundreds of sports bars, pizza joints, dive bars, there are better choices than this trash heap. I've seen better customer service in a sinking ocean liner, at the Manson Ranch, at Waco, TX (at least the Hawaiian punch was served with a smile).

Rude customer service! I was in a rush to get home so when the lady brought my pizza out I felt the box and it was barely warm! I didn't want to complain to her because I had to come home and finish a timed exam. Also I was fearful she might have done something out of anger to my pizza behind the counter. $42 for a slightly cold pizza and rude customer service was not worth it.

Smelled bad inside. Children climbing on top of the games, called in my order and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Food was cold and no extra cheese I paid for.

Great pizza as I remember as a kid!! Try the garlic twists! They taste amazing even 2nd day!
I just called three times to place an order for delivery and Max. Apparently thought it was funny to just hang up on me. I asked for the manager and he said he was a person in charge and he said how is this possible that you being The person in charge can hang up on a customer trying to order food. So therefore, I asked for the owners name, and he said that he was the one to talk to. This is very hard to believe that a place of business can do this. I’m appalled, and I will never Do business with this roundtable ever again!!!
