It was about 1130 am when I arrived. There were a few other cars and a couple people in the patio area. I drove into the stall and saw I could use an app to order and save money on drinks. So I downloaded the app and made my order. It asked me for the stall number and I could not find it anywhere or on any other stalls either. So I pushed the red button and told the employee who answered that I made an order thru the app but could not find the stall number. She asked what name the order was under and I told her. I sat there for at least twenty minutes. I went up to the "employee only" door and someone came out. I told them I was waiting a long time and I had used the app. She said immediately I don't think we got the order but I'll check. She went back in and came out with the food and said we couldn't find the car. I told her I had pushed the red button and let them know I couldn't find a stall number. She said I'm sorry about that. There was a group in the patio had the same issue with not getting their order. I was kind of irritated that they didn't even try to find me and made the mistake of not double checking all my items. I was missing the fudge sundaes, they were what I was the most excited for. I realized at my job and didn't want to go back to a mess. There were several employees inside the store and there wasn't a lunch rush yet.I called their customer service to attempt to get a refund for the missing items. After 30 minutes on the phone all they would give me was coupons. I do not want to go back though. I even tried to get refunded by emailing the corporate office. Same thing- coupons. The food received was pretty good But it's not worth being completely forgotten and having your food just sit.I've had 2 poor experiences at Sonic and now I can't get the money back for the items I did not get. It's frustrating.

Wow I have never left a fastfood review but I had to go back twice because they gave me cold food first and second time took 15 mintues for this junk so i put in trash and wasted my money. Horrible

I like this place, but the employee didn't listen to what I asked for 3 separate times. I ordered a cherry lemon shush for my wife. She doesn't like lime, and I asked on 3 separate occasions that it would be a Cherry Lemon slush and was told yes. Well I took it home to her and it was lime. Suffice to say I was disappointed

I went to get there new dirty dr pepper drink that contains dr pepper, coconut, lime and cream. I get my drink and it’s blue with lemons in it. I then waste more time by going in the drive through to tell them the problem and they say they only have blue raspberry sauce. Would’ve been nice to hear that they didn’t have the syrup I wanted. Then she remakes my drink but you’d think she would fully replace the drink but no, she just puts more cream and raspberry syrup in it. Awful service by this location. If you don’t have the ingredients make it known. Don’t make your own concoction and call it good for paying customers.

I use to like coming here before but after today I won’t be going back. I ordered the sonic Oreo cost and it’s literally just vanilla ice cream with what I would say 2 Oreos crushed up on top. It was nothing like on the pictures on their website. So if you’re planning on getting this and expect something like on the picture you will be disappointed.

The reviews aren’t lying. If you’re in a rush DO NOT COME HERE. I was THE ONLY person in line & it took 10 minutes for 1 slushy. Customer service is non existent. OH & please don’t ask for a straw or napkins you’ll get a eye roll as if you just asked for the world.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They move SOOO slow! I had to go to another stall to order after waiting for sure 10 minutes after the red button was activated. If my daughter wasn't so keen on coming here I would've been left. Customer service just went downhill hella disappointed.
