Uh Yeah

Claimed they don’t know how to make a frap. That’s like if I went to McDonald’s and they didn’t know how to make burgers… y’all are actually incompetent.

Early morning, perfect to get hot coffee. I opted to try out their pistachio latte. I'm normally a black coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. This latte, is a must try. It's good. Especially for this crazy socal weather we been having. Snow, rain, ice cold winds. Yes get this latte. It's so yummy

Today at the Starbucks in target, the barista Patrick that attended me was very polite. He really made my day with his good energy and his contagious smile. On top of that he made my drink so good that I just felt like giving him a five star review. :)

The lady working at this location was very unprofessional. She failed to tell me that no hot drinks were available because the steamer was broken. You can tell that she wasn't happy working there. The management should make sure everything is up and running. And hire happier people that are genuine.

As being a loyal customer to Starbucks for years in years it's very disappointing to see a partner representing the green apron in a disgusting level of customer service and disregard for paying customers. KAYTE the lead apron who helped me and my family this morning might have been having a bad morning but for her to take it out on my family is not acceptable. Not only was compete their disregard to our basic question about a seasonal Frappuccino but the fact that she made us feel stupid for even asking is not the "experience" I'm sure Starbucks intends for its paying customers... Target .. Starbucks .. if your reading please help.
