Can’t even make a decent sandwich. Very rude, not welcoming at all. Told her twice to add something but never did. Messed up on my sandwich and had to throw it away. Will go to another sandwich

Today at 6:10 we had a mobile order supposedly ready for pickup. Upon arrival the employees tried to say we placed the order at the wrong restaurant, we didn't. We couldn't waste time, the receipt for our order was still in the machine, possibly because they just didn't care to make the order? Instead just chose to press buttons on their screen to pass the order on? Who knows, but now I'm late for class. Thanks!

I ordered a chicken sandwich at Subway with wheat bread, cheese, and a variety of veggies, topped with honey mustard sauce. The sandwich was decent; the bread was nicely heated with melted cheese, and it tasted fresh without being dry. Additionally, I tried three cookies that were pleasantly sweet and had a milky flavor.One of the highlights of Subway is their selection of healthier drink options, including different types of fruit tea and lemonade. The indoor seating area was notably clean, and the service was both fast and friendly. However, the portion size of the meal I received was slightly smaller than I expected.Overall, I would rate my experience at Subway as 4 stars. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Legit the worst Subway I've ever been to in my life out of about 20+ locations. Highlights (low-lights):1. Terrible service. Sandwich artist actively hostile and combative2. Using old stale bread3. Skimping on portions - both meat and veggies4. Veggies not washed and tasted like dirt Wife and I both agreed this was a huge L. Have to imagine this is top down and comes from an owner who is trying to cut every possible corner. Do yourself a favor and go to the location down the street on Chapman/Raymond. Corporate should pull their franchise because it's honestly a disgrace. GROSS

Absolutely pathetic business. Out of 4 times that I have tried to buy a sandwich only once was I able to. every time I came to this subway I arrived before 6pm and there has always been a problem with either the door being locked (closing early) or them having no bread. How do you not have bread? The people behind the counter are also incompetent when they began to mess up my friends sub which have the ingredients labeled on the menu

I just started school near here so I've been coming every morning. Both ladies have helped me in the morning. I just have to say the I don't know any names because they don't wear name tags. The times I have gotten helped by the one in red hair it seems likes she's always in a bad mood to help that early. She's definitely doesn't like explaining any combos or bread or whatever it is. I have had questions because it was a while since I came to subway. On the other hand the other lady is very nice and very patient with you.

The first bad experience I had was that a girl forgot to give me my change. It was quite a lot of money and she just left before I could even realize because she wanted to make more sandwiches I guess for lunch hours. That really made me feel disinterest and wary of this place since she did not give me a receipt as well. Onto, today's experience. I work at Fullerton College. And to me, time is crucial. If you are going to have a business next to a college, you need to be expecting that. It's the general rule of thumb in management. Anyways, they opened late today. And they are suppose to open at 7:00 AM. Next time, please train your staff to open on time. On top of that, when I return because they opened at 7:10 AM (Yes, to me that's late. 10 minutes late is like being 10 minutes late to class. I want to be in work on time.) The girl making my food was extremely rude and off putting. She just had a sour face the whole time. She did not want to be there and she did not want to have a simple interaction. She forgot the cheese. It honest made me start my morning off on a bad rhythm. In addition to that, the food was alright. The slider is extremely simple and I got it because I don't want something heavy. They need to be able to let people make choices and ask rather than just do it. The breads here for sandwiches, breaks and crumble quite easily. I hate having to ask for "more ____. more. more. more." and especially with vegetable. I'm probably not going to be back for awhile unless I forgot my lunch or something.

New girl completely messed up my order and I understand she was new but she proceeded to remove all my tuna down to about a 3cm layer so when I asked for more they tried charging me extra even though I told them never mind because I didn't want extra just a normal amount. Then proceeded to ruin my second order and charge me extra for things I didn't even order. Both girls had extremely rude attitudes and there was no good customer service in sight. Never going back
