I wanted a lot of pickles and was told by two workers “they would charge me extra”. Pickles are the cheapest flipping condiment there is!! This place is just cheap, chinsy and rude-pick another store’Do they give you a discount if you only order one type of condiment? Stupid. I definitely will NOT RETIRN TO THIS place! They don’t want to build a good sandwich

I wanted to try a different Subway for a change. Ended up walking out after being told "they no longer carry the Subway Club." They could make a club but charge me as a all beef sub. No thank you and went back to my old Subway and got a Subway Club!

The food was delicious but the service could have been better. I understand there are times where work sucks but that is NOT an excuse to treat your customers in an unprofessional manner(sighing, rolling eyes, and that Can-you-just-hurry-up-and-order-already tone of voice and expression)! Will not go back there again. I gave this place 2 chances already and it is always the bad service and attitude.

This is the first subway I went to that told me only designated vegetables are allowed to be on my BMT and refused to add any other vegetables of my choice.

Amazing experience!!! The woman working there, I think her name was Sarh.. or something. Begins with an S and ends with H.. was so courteous to us. She gave us so much vegetable and a as sooo polite :))) you don't see subways with service and food quality this amazing in La Habra.

While we love this Subway, I have one major complaint: they don't honor company coupons. I am constantly receiving emails with great coupon deals and this particular Subway doesn't accept any of them. The shop is always crowded, does great business, but the owners choose not to help out their loyal customer base by giving them a reward for being such. I think that's bad business. The sandwiches are expensive for the quality, which is sometimes very poor depending on the artist. Giving the customer a coupon deal is the least they could do.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Please do not come here. I made the mistake of coming in about 15 minutes before they closed and attempted to order sandwiches for my family. The manager told me that I had to hurry up to order because she would be closing soon and didn't have time to wait for me to order. Seriously?? She kept rushing me on the sandwiches so I had to leave mid order. Please, PLEASE do not come here!

This subway ALWAYS has bad service. Its close to my house, so i go there most. This is the last time, there is a lady with a name that starts with A - really poor attitude. Then went on to charge me for extra cheese, for getting too many veggies on my veggies sandwich!! She clearly hates life and wants to take everyone else down. For the sake of good energy before you have a meal, do not come to this location.

It always smells so bad that your eyes are watering and they have the employees in there working with no heat or no air conditioning half the time, which makes me wonder if the food can hold up in those conditions.

Usually we have good service when we come. It is a bummer that one worker will probably stop us from returning. The worker with the beard is the worst. He has zero personality and has charged us double for "extras" more than once. Check your receipts.

I asked the lady to wrap the sandwitch by 6" but the store manager came and refused to do it. I have been to many different subway locations and this is the first time they efused to wrap the sandwich separately. Such a bad customer experience. Also, I noticed they try to put as little topic and possible to save $. They put like 2 pieces of olive and 3 pieces of tomato pieces. I want to give "0" star if possible.Terrible customer services. This store is ruining subways reputation. This store should be closed. TERRIBLE !TERRIBLE !TERRIBLE!WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Huge subway fan but not of this location. Management needs to up their game. The restaurant smells like a sewer/bathroom. The reason for the two star rating is I had a coupon from a mailer that they sent out that they would not honor the person at the register told me that it excludes the sandwich that I purchased when in the fine print, it did not say that. Did not have time to argue simply paid full price and left. Will not return. There's better subway operations out there.
