It seems as if the employees do not want to be there. It takes a long time to be helped. There was no one else there waiting to order. When it was my turn, the employee just puts on gloves and looks at me, there was no greeting. I’m guessing that was my indication it was my turn. Regarding the food, it was all okay until there was trash can standing in the employee’s way as my sandwich is being made. The employee grabs the trash can and then goes back to making my sandwich. The location is beautiful but employees could improve.

food was great, I had the boss this time. interesting thing, the sign says "chips or 2 cookies + drink = $3.40. I had chips and we asked for the 2 cookies for another meal. we were told that you can't have 2 cookies as we were charged for the chips. turns out cookies are $1 each and chips are $1.89. which is fine. but the way the sign is clearly worded, chips or 2 cookies + drink = $3.40, implying they are equal.

I work here and I don't want to say my name but anyway, I don't feel like a person. Obviously I get im just a worker and people mainly just want their food, but I don't feel real. Customers are so rude and for no reason, I'll be working on 4 different sandwhiches and then some random will say "when will I be served???", like bro do you not see the sandwhiches im making right now, you just got to be more patient. Other than that, it's ok and I try my best always to make sure I treat each and every customer with respect and I understand, they're just hungry people going on with their life. But after work when I walk home, and I sit in an empty living room, and think about the shift I just had, I start to wonder, what is my purpose?

Both employees didn't greet customers. They both avoided making sandwiches.After a person ahead of me. It took about 8 minutes to wait... another employee was available but did not want to engage with a next customer. They don't like to work together I can clearly see that, both lazy, both push each other more or less work. Both playing child games at work. but that's not the customer's problem.Finally, my turn to make ? sandwich... this kid made a very uneven sandwich, and that was supposed to be double meat, but made very thin and had a lesser ounce of meat and less and uneven cheese in it...When I think about this guy, who ever made an uneven sandwich, TASTE VERY UNEVEN and UNKIND. Bad Quality ? not worth $12. I paid money, no confrontation, but I'm sure owner sees my review.

Once again another terrible experience at this location! Never would I have placed an order here but the app somehow linked me to this location when it's not even the closest one to my house! RICHARD if I wanted to place an order can't you make the assumption that I don't have time? Where on the app does it say that I need to screenshot and make sure to save my confirmation number because I'm gonna need it when I pick up my order where does it say that? As I explain this to him all of a sudden "he doesnt understand what I'm saying."So unbeknownst to me I was supposed to screenshot my order and just so happens that the app malfunctioned &decided to log me out out of nowhere. I have my baby crying on my hip and I told Richard that I could give him my name and everything that is on my order, but he told me that people scam and that there's a reason why they do this well I don't see anywhere on the app where it says that I will need my confirmation number. I will be reaching out to corporate because that's not right that the app doesn't say this and the employees are trying to enforce something that doesn't say on the app. Terrible customer service! Ultimately I requested a refund since they never wanted to give me my order. so the owner should be ashamed of his terrible employees. losing money for him this is terrible customer service! There are 3 other subways within a mile away save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. They will hold your sandwich hostage acting like I'm trying to "scam" for a less than $20 order! Please

I went in about 2 weeks ago and had this experience and then saw all the one star reviews so I'm gonna leave mine. I went in and got my sandwich as normal then came home and saw there was a hair in my sandwich so I took it back and the manager there told me to throw it away, but he wasn't the one who made the order so he told the lady to remake it because there was a hair in my sandwich. She already looked annoyed that she had to remake it but I was apologizing and thanking her profusely because that's the person I am. The whole time up until the last thank you she ignored every comment and was just asking me what do I want next. We go about making the sandwich as normal and then she asks if it's the same sandwich and I tell her yes. She then proceeds to put mustard on the sandwich when I said mayonnaise and creamy Siracha, never mustard. I wasn't going to have her remake it again but she could tell I didn't want it so she just threw it away and started another sandwich. We finished it up and I asked if I could get a free cookie or something for the hassle of having to come back, but she responded with an attitude and a look telling me "I already remade it for you for free" like yes you did is that not what you're supposed to do when your hair is in someone else's food? It was just unbelievable how she was acting over her hair being in my food and having to remake it when there was no one else in line and the only person being inconvenienced is her. She's getting paid to give me an attitude? Ridiculous, I see the owner responding to reviews so I hope to hear back and see a change in employment of the worker

I order two sandwiches it was steak and cheese and spicy Italian. The spicy Italian was a mess I got the wrong veggies I didn’t ask for on my sandwich and it was to much that the wrapping paper broke threw and made a mess the steak and cheese was fine but the Italian wasn’t DONT GO BACK THERE IT SUCKS am done giving 2nd chances this happened to me at least 7 times do not go there.
