We specifically went up to the guy taking orders and asked for one extra sauce and one ez saice and “double tortilla wrapped” burrito and paid extra. We had to take one back due to no ez sauce and watched as the food preparer placed a small tortilla and a regular tortilla together. He said it was “double tortilla wrapped” well we requested and paid for double the same size! Needless to say, the ingredients dripped out. Can’t all Taco Bell’s do it the same??

Well, went in, no one taking orders. There's touchscreen terminals where the cashier should be. We're expected to use them? I fumbled with one of them for maybe 30 seconds, got frustrated and left and went to Del Taco. No need to go back if it's all self service.
They do so so well for late night food! Some of the items I got were the best quality I’ve had at a Taco Bell in quite some time. Staff is incredibly friendly even at 2am!

Replacing cashier's with touch screen computers may be a better choice for some, but I found it to be unfriendly and slower. The employee I asked if there was a bathroom key told me to check the kiosk, which does not have any information about the bathroom. The location is busy. The drive through often extends onto Yorba Linda. If you are in a hurry, order in advance and pick up using the ample, unused parking.Hard pass for me but navigable if the food is your thing.
