A hot summer day in Chicago doesn't tend to scream "birria tacos!" and yet I found myself eating at Chela's with a friend. The establishment looks small outside (there is definitely limited parking shared with a Subway sandwich shop) but there is a lot of seating. It's 2 workers and they work great together! Great service great food! Tacos are sooo good and the tortilla is nice & soft but has a crunch every thing is made fresh and comes out hot and ready to eat! Agua de Jamaica is delicious I would definitely recommend coming here
