I went to this location with Friends and their young Son a few years ago. It was busy, crowded, yet we were still served quickly and efficiently. The food was spectacular, as it had been when I went to locations in Manhattan Beach and Torrance with a Cousin on occasions before.

Always a pleasure to eat here.. love the tempura green beans and the ranch dip sauce is also nice. Glad there is a double char burger option for more beef without more bread. Also enjoy the peppers and sauces set out without added cost.

First time costumer here, me and my gf walked in happy to try this burgers, but as soon as we got to the cashier she had a bad attitude, we asked the the girl with glasses if she could tel us what was the burgers made of and her answer was " is a regular burger, just meat! I was in shock for the way she answered us, worst experience so far we definitely not coming back. This was at 8:45pm shift

I think the food is really good here at this location, in the past we've had ups and downs but I'd say lately it's been on point! I can really appreciate the black guy in the front! He's totally going places, super polite and on top of orders and everything. I didn't catch his name, but he was legit! You don't find good service much anymore , so thanks man!
On Aug 20th I ordered via the mobile app. I received a text & email that my order is ready for pick up. I sent my son to pick up my order & when he got to the store it was closed...it was supposed to be open until 10:30 pm. He spoke to the employee that was still inside. He said they had to shut down the store due to the storm. He didn't give him our order or a refund. He said to contact the store. I called the store & was told that I have to submit a complaint online. I did submit complaint that same day but hadn't heard from you for 8 days now.

Just like most restaurants and service related businesses, this place was a letdown. The "curbside pickup" was actually a "get out of your car and go in there to see where your order is" pickup. Habit used to be phenomenal but no more. It's sad.

Food is decent, but the service sucks! The girl in the red shirt and black glasses working the register on 7/9/2023 is extremely rude and needs to take a class on customer service. Not sure why requesting dressing for a salad is a big deal or requesting my $60 in change not be in all $5. I understand that a customer requesting things means you have to stop flirting with the young man cooking behind you and pause your discussion about your Starbucks order, but you are working and being paid to serve the customers at the establishment.
