So we picked up our order on Jan 2. They didn't pack a Charburger with cheese and the avocado was missing on a SB char. Called them right away. There is NO customer service number at this location nor the corporate office. You can't reach anyone by phone. It's been a week.....still waiting for them to follow through after many emails.

Only complaint is I wish the bigger was slightly bigger without getting a double. Habit is always on point though with the freshness and continue to come back for that reason.

We ordered to go after a long day. The staff were rude to us, turning their backs to have a conversation after we asked a question. There was dressing for the salad, no applesauce for the kids meal, no requested utensils and all the meals and sides were mixed in the wrong bags. This is the worst habit I've ever been to.

Good burgers. Original char comes with grilled onions and toasted buns. Onion rings were good too. Sweet potato fries were a bit dry - would opt for normal fries instead. This is our 2nd time getting the Korean BBQ Char. As a fellow Korean, I am very impressed with the taste and combination of this burger. The kimchi in the burger is legit, slightly cooked, it seems. Because kimchi tends to capture greasy flavors, the addition really makes the entire burger taste well balanced. I'd recommend it. It's a bummer that it'll only be here for a limited time. And of course, we got the onion rings as well, which are always delicious and crispy. It pairs well with the ranch, too. Forever will be a supporter of TheHabit for their high quality and consistent food.Parking: Plenty of parking available.

I had a fantastic burger at this restaurant for a quick lunch. It was my first time eating there, but I was very pleased with the service, the amount of time it took to get the made-to-order food, and then the food quality itself. I would definitely come back to this restaurant!

Ordered curbside pick up on my way to work. Simple order - Caesar salad substitute dressing for ranch and a water. Waited quite awhile at curbside - then had to rush in to get the order. No one in line - plenty of employees just standing around - bagged orders sitting on the counter. Bag was light - it was missing the water bottle - got to work and realized there was no dressing for the salad! Not sure what was worse the service of the meal!

I only come here during my lunch break here and there, not often, when I'm really in the mood for the habit and I got to say.. I love this location. Customer service is always great. Always get my order right. It never takes longer than needed. I'm glad that I work near this location.
