Go to order is chicken bowl and 10 piece dumplings. It is affordable. I assume it is frozen, but still good with the sauce. The garlic serrano sauce is the reason I come back.

I don't like posting bad reviews, but this food was so bad that I have to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. I got a rice veggies salmon bowl. This was worse than an airplane economy class food. The salmon had absolutely no taste at all. It is served as a perfectly rectangular blob of 1/4" thickness made of unknown ingredients and a texture that has nothing to do with the one of salmon. The vegetables were crunchy but absolutely not taste at all. You couldn't what kind of vegetable it was. And same with the brown rice!!!! Fortunately my boyfriend had bought a burger at another place and I was able to confirm I had not lost my sense of taste, as I was starting to worry!! In conclusion, I will never go spend $13.50 on food that tastes absolutely nothing, and you shouldn't either!!

I've always wanted to try Waba Grill and this was my first time. I won't complain about the service and for what I'm paying for. The food was okay and it didn't meet my expectations - portions could've been a bit larger and the dumplings definitely came from Costco. The workers are mainly just students trying to get by and you get what you pay for if I'm being honest.

Walked in 7:30 pm, 30 mins before closing. And the cashiers were dogging us immediately, they were rude to us when we ordered and when I asked for extra sauce I was given attitude. My chicken plate had no more chicken than the bowl my girlfriend ordered, and neither of our orders came with green onion. Mine came with no veggies whatsoever, ( I don't know if that is standard ) but my girl specifically asked for veggies in her bowl and she was only given carrots no broccoli or green onion either, next time I'll be visiting another location. I was disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I DoorDashed an order for pick up at 7:30 and by 7:50 the restaurant was closed when I showed up. I mean lights off, door locked, the whole nine yards I would not recommend this waba grill. They made me feel like I inconvenienced them to open the door to give me my food and give me extra sauce.. no green onions at all. I'll never go to this waba grill again!

Unbelievable. $8 per bowl for barely any chicken and had to add our own green onions. I've been to other waba grills before and never had it this bad. I don't give two shits if you are a college student and working part time, if you can't do the bare minimum don't work. I would give less than one star if I could, this is just embarrassing.
This location doesn't add any green onion. I ordered through the phone today and specifically asked for extra green onion and I didn't get any.

Their food is pretty good and honestly they are pretty efficient when it comes to making it. However the reason I give four stars is because I once saw this girl drop an ENTIRE bucket of steak and shrimp on the ground. She just laughed it off and personally I don't think it was that funny. Another thing is they cook with their AirPods in which I mean I get it, you want to listen to your own tunes at the same time but come on. I get it if you worked in retail but everyone knows that AirPods can fall out of your ear if you move a lot. I just don't want chicken a la AirPods

I had never had Waba Grill before but I tried it here and it is amazing! The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The employees were also kind and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back, and they also have a student discount for 10% off and surveys you can fill out for free food!!

The food is really good! HOWEVER, they always close 15-20mins early! Why post hours "open til 8pm" if you lock the doors at 7:40pm? It's not a very good business practice to post false advertisements. I get it, everyone wants to go home, but some of work late, go to the gym, and try to grab a quick semi-healthier choice for dinner.

I am a customer of this location for quite of while now. Yes, of course ONCE in a while they have decent days but I would say they are CONSISTENTLY good. Plus the boss is willingly get feedbacks from customers and cares about the satisfaction a lot. He doesn't hesitate to go out of his way to make his customers satisfied. I understand why people are not happy about the experience at this location after reading the comments and the staffs seem pretty new as well but people shouldn't just give out one star or two stars based on one time experience. I don't think this location deserves this many bad comments. At least from my experience, the staff members are friendly. I will keep going back to this location!
