I asked for no tomatoes she out tomatoes I said thank you she didn’t say thank you customer service isn’t there at all. I get you work by a college but you need to tighten up on your customer service tbh the other employees who worked here before were better. Much nicer to a woman behind me which I find pretty weird .

Some "plus size" girl ignored my coworker and I for over five minutes when we walked in. She just stayed in the back and avoided eye contact never saying a thing. Just let us stand there. We got so fed up that we just walked out. Never even ordered. Absolutely baffling how these workers disregard their potential customers. So disrespectful.

Here's the thing it's a hit and Miss why spend $10 on a sandwich but they can't even make right you mark what you would like on your sandwich and sometimes there's hidden ingredients that they add to it where's my lettuce my olives, my mayonnaise, my onions, my tomatoes on the sandwich

They used to have one of the best sandwiches in Fullerton but now, their sandwiches just taste like a regular subway sandwich. It was also quite pricey too :\If your going close to closing time, call ahead. I went at 6:50pm when online says the store is opened until 8pm. walked in seeing the open sign nice and lit. was told they closed already at 7pm.

Which wich had some of the best sandwiches in town.They had different types of meats options like Turkey,Chicken,Roast Beef,Corned Beef,Ham,Philly Cheese Steak and meat black.For vegans they had Blackbean Avocado.Turkey and Wicked Sandwiches are one of the best.They also had offer on Wednesday on Wicked Sandwich for just $6.They are affordable and Service is good.

Amazing customer service , love that they are open till 8 now. The milkshakes are so delicious definitely underrated. A employee named Jake was very understanding and helped me do the whole process of filling out the little paper thing and made sure it was made perfectly. They were quick with speed and it tasted amazing!!!!Kid-friendliness: They had so many options for even picky kids and everyone is super friendlyWheelchair accessibility: The door is a double door , no steps and the counters are at a lower height to order. Plenty of low tables

Friendly service and great sandwiches! One of my favorite sandwich shops because they actually give you generous portions of meat, veggies and toppings!
3 stars for the service because they were great and quick, but the food was mediocre. I smelled something yummy that smelled like a good sandwich when I got out of class, and I followed what I thought could be here. Maybe it's the sandwich I got? I was torn between the cali sandwich and the Philly. I got the Philly. Portion is huge, but the moment you bite into the sandwich, you are embrace with a lot of salty flavor. I think it's the meat. The bread was soggy (I know phillies should be messy and dripping, but the bread melted in my mouth and was super soggy even tho I had just received it? I did ask for Avocado to be added to it, I was expecting Sliced avocados, but it was more like guacamole style. It didn't sit well with the sandwich. I usually don't get bothered by food texture, but it was too soggy and each time I took a bite, it was hard to stomach it. NEVERTHELESS, I ate it cus they made it and I ain't gonna waste my money. I probably won't come back here, if I were to compare it to subway, subway's sandwiches are better.
