Called to inquire about my online order while the store was still open, and the person who answers says “we’re closed” and hung up. No intro, no hello or anything. I understand it was 15 minutes until closing but I was just calling with a quick question. Completely rude.

Entire order was wrong to the point we thought they gave us someone else's order, we ordered through DoorDash. They only got the drink right. We got a full refund from DoorDash since that is all they can do on their end but cmon man!! We received about 4 fry's and one set of 10 pc wings which were incorrect flavors. We were missing 30 wings

Poor management. We went there on my brother's birthday with his ID and the app . The management made zero effort to help us figure out how to get the birthday gift that's offered. I get we needed something to scan but I don't work there I need help to understand what she needs us to do instead of just saying no.

I had doubts about ordering from this specific restaurant because of the reviews but my fries were fat and yummy and my wings were juicy
Pretty average Wingstop. Usually get a 10 piece of either lemon pepper, mild or garlic parmesan. Nothing really stands out except for the weird harassing security in the parking lot that kept asking me if I was going to eat here. I guess they do that to prevent students from parking here for the college across the street.

Came here monday night to order with my girlfriend but didnt have a physical card on me and they didn't take apple pay. Had a 100$ bill that the cashier marked to check if it was real or not and held it up to the light multiple times. If she told us that she couldn't accept a 100$ bill we would have just accepted it and ordered online, but she went on to scribble on it over and over again and took 5 minutes to look it over with coworkers to say "no we can't take this" and when asked why (since both my girlfriend and I work in the food industry and know how to identify fake bills) she passed it off with "we don't have change" dont care if they couldn't take the hundred, we just ended up ordering online anyways, but cashier didn't have to lie about not knowing how to identify fake bills, scribble on it MULTIPLE times and lie about 'not having change'. employees need to be better trained in both customer service and fake bill recognition.

I was going to stop at Peter's gourmet grill burgers they were close so I stop at wings stop I guess I wanted to try there lemon pepper sandwich so I order some fries with that I get home I notice that the breast was smaller than my palm hand it seem that the food get smaller wow the prices get higher for over 10 bucks I'll start cooking my own food
