They say they are open & busy but when I went there, they Told me closed whi in apparently they was ans the guy had an attitude and in the parking lot, he kept looking at me as if there was a problem when I was already leaving so he kept staring at me. He looked spanischen & kind of thick with green eyes not that tall but had a bad attitude like I was wrong for coming in when it says open on Google & as o was leaving, it still said it was open and now saying that it’s busy when I just left there because it was closed. Also, I’m black and Japanese so idk if they discriminate against real Asians or what but I look mostly black but I have the flat face & small body & short so idk if that’s why or what.

Came here and ordered a a bowl, some gyoza and some of the new Tokyo fried chicken. Got home and the chicken was missing. WTH? Food is always delicious but your staff needs to check the order before handing it off. Annoyed.

First time here. Very disappointed. They did not have the tempura chicken. They use frozen veggies...yuk. had argument with employee about the rice. We ordered brown rice but received white....manager said that is brown rice. Well I've never seen brown rice that looks white. Teriyaki chicken had bones in it.....someone can choke on that! Overall a bad experience and certainly not worth what they charge. Go to panda express instead.

My daughter had to use the restroom and the cashier told us that we couldn't use it until we ordered which we were in line to do. Very inconsiderate. Never again will I step foot into Yoshinoya again.

DISCRIMINATION FOR ASIANS BY STAFF!We’re a party of 6 and we’re supposed to eat in yoshinoya fullerton after a long drive.We know that there’s no public restroom in every restaurants but my grandmother and my dad really wanted to go first to the restroom. So my uncle asked for the pin for the restroom before we order. But the white american crew wearing glasses told us that we should order first before she tell us the pin of their restroom. My uncle told her that we’re really going to order, we’re just not yet decided cause we cannot think clearly if we really wanted to go. But she insisted that we NEED to order first. My uncle gabe his credit card told the crew that just charge him $20 upfront just to go the restroom first. But that crew is so inconsiderate and still insisted to order FIRST.I don’t why she’s doing that cause my uncle already gave her a credit card to charge anything on the menu just to go to the restroom first. This is clearly such a discrimination to their customer. They don’t even have a customer that time around 8:11pm as you can see on the picture.WE ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER but that crew is so rude and judges us just because we’re asian. They just lost 6 customers.

Order online via the mobile app. Came upon designated time. Was told I had to pay as they didn't register payment. Showed the emailed receipt. Still no; asked what to do as it was a Yoshinoya app; told to contact corporate. Working person started yelling I didn't pay. Wouldn't let me talk or see the manager. Couldn't give exact time when manager would be there... If you feel like having Yoshinoya, go to another location. Previous times I came here, it seems they give less and less on their food compared to other locations... Contacted Yoshinoya corporate; no response. Had to file a chargeback..

I hate the service here, the lady at the register is always rude, one time I asked for extra beef sauce on my plate... when I got home my bag looked like a fish bag from Walmart. My tray was filled it was soup!! I thought it was a mean joke... whatever I just ate it cause im fat but still it was like... what?! And yes I've been back since but it's Cause I enjoy me sir yosh and the same rude customer service every time , place is a bit grimy especially the front windows almost looks closed down but it's not it's just nasty lol
