Came in on Friday and service here is trash , very disrespectful and don't care about costumers at all and kept making me wait for my food when it finally came it out it was completely cold . one of the waiters made me feel uncomfortable also , kept trying to hit on me . I'm here for the food and drinks not to fall in love with someone who's suppose to provide me service . DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IF I WERE IN THE AREA .

Great place to celebrate a birthday or to go just for fun! Went to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were given a room to karaoke and enjoy food and drinks. We had a blast. It was during the weekday so it wasn't packed at all, which was great highly recommend or a small or large group!

The place is very nicely decorated and the rooms are themed which is the only cool thing about this place. But my fellow people who loves to go karaoke this is not the place to go. It's is expensive and a waste of money. First off it's valet parking only. Second place it's not a karaoke place. Better stay home and YouTube on your tv because this is what this place is. A big screen tv with a keyboard for you to put in YouTube videos with a mic. They do not have a karaoke system like karaoke places. The keyboard with no mouse makes it also very hard to search and input songs. You can reserve songs. Asked a waitress how to use the system she said just YouTube. 2 hour mini and $100 minimum purchase in food and or drinks. Asked the waitress for a Medelo Negra and she forgot so I asked the waiter that came in then he forgot. Then the waitress came back again and I asked if I can get my medelo and she said yes. I said medelo negra please. I said it like 3 times she said ok and brought me a regular medelo. I told her I wanted a medelo negra. She said oh yeah and came back with the right one finally. Maybe the outside bar with a DJ is better because I don't know how this place could get a 5 star. Save your money.

A very bad experience in this place......if they asked me for a rating from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 3......bad service, the food, the portions are very small, the drinks very discounted alcohol, very poor portions for the high price....I really don't recommend it, it's disappointing....????

The concept is pretty cool. Private rooms are great for small parties. The michelladas were pretty terrible. Barely any flavor. Almost tasted watered down. Way too much chamoy.

Attention Owner/s: i think your restaurant is amazing. But I really do believe that your waitress Irene is horrible worst customer service skills that I had ever encounter. We booked a reservation to celebrate my friend's birthday 2/24. Other than sitting us late and trying to kick us out 1 hr before our 3 hr contract end, she had a very condensending attitude was extremely stand off-ish. The worst part is she was insisting that we could not split the check. After speaking with her manager it is clear she had no idea how to handle a big reservation. You should really analyze your staffing issue and hope you don't lose customers because of that individual. I appreciate your manager in attempting to resolve and apologize for the waitress awful attitude.
0/5 starts. Great concept. Poor execution. Servers suck. Why did it take over 20 mins for 2 beers? Overpriced and water down margaritas. It wasn't even that packed for the servers to not come and check on us. The music was too loud we could barely hear the servers or each other. Asked for the check and it took over 20 mins for it to come. Get new staff and train them better. Good luck.

This place amazing ! The karaoke is through YouTube so can choose any song. The place is fun and the vibe was amazing the decorations are beautiful especially for photos !! Great food !

This is karaoke paradise. Love the people and specially the manager Rogelio with the service and attention he brings to you. I've been there 3 times and also had a surprise birthday celebration from my wife on one of their VIP rooms you can rent . It was an amazing experience. Had an Amazing experience at Cielo. I really love the service and the vibe. In our visit we had a lot of groups singing and our friends sang as well and they surely made our experience pop! I give their drinks a 10. They taste sooooo good. Food was amazing as well. I'm definitely coming back with a bigger group and we are totally getting a private room. You guys should totally give this place an opportunity.

We rented a private room yesterday night and everything was good except our server her name is Irene when she will go check on us we would try to ask her for something and she will act like she didn't hear us, at first we tough that she didn't hear but at the end we try to pay for and extra hour and she walked away so rude.
