We've been eating at Augustino's for many years. Usually to-go. We kept going back because the food is good. However, things have changed. The last few times we've ordered to-go, they get our order wrong! And by wrong, there's always something missing. The other night we added 2 large meatballs to a pasta dish ($3.99 each so basically $8). The counter guy repeated my order correctly when I picked it up. BUT, when opening the order at home, there were no meatballs. I called and the guy really couldn't have cared less. I requested a refund which I never received. I don't know if they are under new management or what, but they are consistently shorting our orders. And the food isn't as good as it used to be. I'm so disappointed but we won't be going again.

Very filling pizza that'll last u a good few days depending the size you get. Garlic parm pizza def tasted better than it looked, still aninteresting type I haven'thad and it was better than I thought. For the price and location its worth it. Local chains are always the best.

Ordered the chicken parmesian tonight. Worst I've ever had. I could pretty much taste what tasted like freezer burn on the breaded chicken. Toughest chicken I've ever had. I took a few bites and threw it out. Really disappointed. The people were cool,but that was nasty.

I have only ordered through Grub Hub at this restaurant, the food here is so good, I would give it 10 stars if I could!! After I place the order, I call the restaurant to request extra sauce for the pasta because there are no place to add notes in the order, every time I have called, they have not forgotten my request, my sister and I order from here almost every week when I am over at her house.

Ate there last night , it did not taste good. Ate about 4 mouth fulls and sent it back. (I never do that) I ate my side salad and a few garlic knots, did not want the tortellini. I have never been so sick . Something I ate made me terribly sick.

Every restaurant has it's up's and downs, but my experience here is mostly positive. Every pasta dish I've had has been very good. Their meat sauce is my favorite. I recently got the Auggie's special pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, onion, and olives. No mushrooms for me. It was fresh and hot, and just what I was craving. It did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Their spaghetti and ravioli combo is another favorite. They also have chicken and veal dinners, salads and hot and cold sandwiches. Have tried them all and they are on point! Have been coming here for years, you can't go wrong, give them a try!!

Specifically sought out a pizza place eith ricotta cheese. Excited hoping it would be a delicious authentic Italian pizza with ricotta cheese. Pizza came below average (little Caesars quality) and did not taste any ricotta cheese whatsoever. Even though I paid extra for double ricotta cheese. Extremely disappointed. Won't be purchasing from then again

Food is good but the service is questionable. I got recommended this place by a VERY good customer of theirs and so I ordered for a Christmas party. First of all, (front desk) guy calls me and says he lost the paper with my debit card info and asked for it again. Tried not to stress so I gave it to him again, tells me the total is $175. Ok. Day OF MY ORDER to be picked up I get a call saying the payment didn't go through because he "mistyped" the card info. I already gave it out twice.. how could that happen. Whatever. I tell him im on my way and I'll pay in person. Proceeds to charge me 230... I asked him about the 175 he was originally charging me and he then fixes it but wants to charge me 180. Don't know where the extra 5 bucks came from. He settles for the original 175. So annoying I had to deal with being charged 230, getting refunded, and then still not getting the right price ??? To top it off when I got there he was dealing with another customer whose order he made a mistake on as well.
