This was located in the Water park area of Great Wolf Lodge. Was your standard burger-was okay. Definitely hits the spot after being tired from the water park.

Pricey because it's one of the few places to eat inside Great Wolf Lodge. All their food spots cost some dough for the convenience. Buckets is located inside the water park, so it's loud and has a long line. It took a long time to get our order both times because the convenience of not having to leave the water park makes many people just stick to this joint. They have a very basic burger combos. Nothing special, however the fries are pretty good. They taste almost like they're pre-seasoned. They're served hot and crispy. Nothing else was notable here.

The service here is horrible the tall guy with the glasses and reddish heavy set brownish/ cinnamon tones in his hair is a joke, put in an order for just fries for my daughter was standing there the whole time while my order sat on a tray and he knew, not once did let us know it was our order ir trigger the vibrating pager he gave me to let us know the order was ready. He was condensing and rude to begin with, when they're is that many little children involved in a theme park people like this shouldn't work around kids seriously. 20 minutes later my husband decided toAsk for our order food thing his female co worker looked at the order and said no I'm going to give you new fries that took 5 seconds. Please take him off the counter great Wolfe you have too many nice people working there to give your place a bad name.

Was hungry while at the water park and had to eat, so we of course went here. Husband, child, and I split a chickten tender basket as a snack. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised. The fries weren't special and were somewhat limp, but the tenders were amazing. Like, the best kind of tenders. And they came with Ken's ranch which we like. I would gladly have eaten the tenders again for another meal, but we didn't get the chance. Wasn't as expensive as it could have been given they could probably gouge more.

Ordered family meal nachos without bacon, when I opened the tray it was fries with white melted cheese and onions, nothing like the picture they advertised in the great wolf app. Same with the buffalo chicken. They were covered in buffalo sauce we had to wipe them down with napkins. Better off ordering doordash and meeting the dasher at the lobby. Food is not good.

We wanted a snack while our sun was enjoying the water park. I didn't want anything big just something to snack on. We order drinks and nachos. Omg the nachos were HUGE... it came in a pizza box. We didn't realize until our order was ready. I wasn't mad... lol. Just wishing it was tasteful. Was just bland.

With my family of 7 at the water park all day and mom and dad needs food and drinks! Nacho box box was huge! Nice surprise. Crispy chicken sandwich doesn't skimp on the children. The batter was light and crispy. Super good! I love that they have healthy options like salads, Carrots and celery with ranch, yogurt and fruit also! So nice to eat lunch without the hassle of loosing our table and dragging the kids out! Can't wait to have another crispy chicken tomorrow!

MAKE SURE U GOT EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTER....Ordered worth 100$ worth of food..forgot to give us the ranch...went back to tell them, they told me to wait. I don't have my receipt, they told me to wait while they look at their copy....30 minutes still looking......fvck sake it's a fvckin RANCH they could have just given me a fvckin RANCH...what the fvck am I going to do fvckin lie to get a RANCH....peace be with u ppl

The food here is the best! I would prefer a burger here compared to the steak house inside the hotel. Chicken strips are super tender yet crispy and the nachos are so fresh! Staff is above and beyond!
The food was just ok and overpriced. The lady was nice to take our order. We got all hyped up about the food especially the fried cheese curds and nachos. The food looked good until we tried them. The taste of the food was just bland overall it barely had any seasoning to them and were just given overrated looking food. They give you sauce with the cheese curds but it doesn't help.

This is the poolside restaurant at The Great Wolf Lodge's indoor water park. My daughter and I ate here once for lunch after about 4 hours playing in the water park. It has a pretty standard menu in burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. This is the type of place you order from a counter and go back to your seats around the pool area to eat. This place has not seating specific to the restaurant. We ordered Chicken Strips which came with Fries. To order you walk up to one of the 6-8 kiosks that are open, make your order, pay with your band, and wait for your number to be called. When we were there they were busy so longer lines and longer wait but none of it was inconvenient. They moved it along pretty well. The food was fine but not a lot of ways to get what we ordered wrong. Truth is this place met our expectations better than the nicer restaurants in at the GWL.
