Our server was very nice and friendly. Great customer service. We ordered the shrimp with pepper and garlic, shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup, and the Chinese broccoli sautéed in garlic. They were all excellent and were more than enough for the two of us. The place was clean and well organized. The price was commensurate for the portions.

This place has great food, ambience is family friendly. Restrooms aren't clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable with food selection. It's one of the places you go just for the delicious food and not the fancy restaurant.

It had been awhile since we ate here. A few years ago, some of the food was not fresh especially the fish so I stopped coming. However, it was my grandma's 80th birthday and she wanted to eat here so we went. We came on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. Service was great and food all tasted fresh. I was worried about the fried fish and sweet and sour fish soup but they were both delicious!

Good Chinese food! Comparable to the restaurants you would find in 626, in the middle of OC. We got the fried squid, basil clams, French style beef (filet mignon), pea sprouts. The green thai tea is also super good.

They have some very comforting flavors. My favorite dish is the house special fish fillet. It’s overall a nice experience.Vegetarian options: The vegetable deluxe is, for me, a great combination of being flavorful without being too much. When I don’t know what to eat, this is one of the best options to fall back on. Unfortunately, they don’t have many vegetarian options that are full meals in themselves, often they are vegetable side dishes or tofu appetizers, but I enjoy them nonetheless.

I use to come to capital seafood a lot back in the day, it was our family go to spot for Chinese food, but after awhile, we had a lot of bad experiences, the service was bad, the food wasn't good anymore, skimpy on the portions, so we stop coming for at least 9 years. I recently tried Capital seafood again and wow its amazing again. I have eaten here twice so far again after a long hiatus. I highly recommend getting anything house special, but especially the House special squid, it was absolutely amazing and one of the best food I have ever eaten. Trust me and order the House special squid. The dinner portions is huge, and they don't skimp on the squids for dinner portions. They also have lunch special from 11-3pm, The price is reasonable for lunch $12.50, good amount for lunch and it comes with rice.

Came with my family on Saturday afternoon and ordered lots of food from the fish mau soup to the frog legs to the intestines to the scallops and shrimp everything was DELICIOUS! Not to mention the perfectly cooked lobster can't wait to come back! If you don't know what to get the house special anything is a perfect choice!!!!

I just can't comprehend why this restaurant is not packed with diners all the time. We have been coming here for years and not once have we been disappointed! They use the freshest ingredients, masterfully prepared dishes that are presented in an inviting manner.The service is over the top, perhaps a bit too eager to serve at times but how often does anybody experience that these days. I give Capital 5 well earned stars!!

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. No matter how many times I come, the food here is so amazing and the taste hasn't changed. My family and I always love to order anything house special, but specifically the house special squid. The squid is always perfectly cooked with the proper amounts of batter that creates such a great balance of crispiness. The House Special sauce is one of the best that I crave. It's savory with a hint of sweetness creating a great umami flavor. The kung pao chicken and French beef are my other go to menu items. The food is never overcooked and is always amazing over a bed of hot steamy white rice. The house special lobster with E-mian is a definite order for a family dinner. The butter sauce from the lobster mixes with the noodles to create such an amazing combination. The staff is extremely friendly and loyal. They've been at the restaurant for as long as I can remember. They are attentive and are always ready to provide great service. The restaurant is a nice cozy Chinese restaurant with many large tables with lazy susans to provide a great dining atmosphere. There was a lot of work done to revamp the main dining room. Additionally, there is a private room for more intimate parties. Definitely a place that I will always come and eat at. The prices are at par with the current market price but the flavors are superior to most Chinese restaurants in my opinion. Happy eatings!
