Despite the busy lunch rush, she took the time to ensure my order was correct and even recommend the spicy western bacon angus cheeseburger, which turned out to be delicious. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Roxana truly went above and beyond!

UPDATE 2024-03-10: Someone monitoring Carl's Jr.'s Google profile caught my review and replied asking me to visit a link and "help them understand more" what my issue was. First off, my issue was clear from my review. Second, I won't take more of my time to help you, when your prices and employee indicated you don't care much about the customer. It's not a mystery.$15 for a burger, fries, and drink??When I confronted the guy about it, all he could say was, "Yeah... Prices have gone up." Okay then, Carl's Jr. That was the last $15 we'll spend there.
