my boyfriend and I, ordered the buy one get one free zucchini and lasagna we ordered through Uber Eats. BUT. I went and picked it up myself. When I got home, the zucchini was hot and you could tell they just cooked it and taste was okay , that was our appetizer, then we went onto the Lasagna in which was cold as can be, smothered in marinara sauce. which meant that the zucchini was freshly cooked and the lasagna wasn't, they didn't even microwaved it as someone previously mentioned on here. We had to microwave the food that we just ordered 30 mins prior! I am a delivery person and I have hot bags that the food was placed in, so there's no reason for that lasagna to be cold. that being said, a couple hours later started having really bad heartburn, indigestion and my stomach started cramping extremely bad. I started feeling nauseous and then got sick all night long until the next day, the only thing it could be was the cold lasagna that most likely been sitting out all day for their buy one get one free deal. Makes me wonder when was it made for this "special sickness" they offered and wonder how long that lasagna has been sitting out and they did not even reheat it, but then again, it wouldn't have matter with food poisoning. I am still sick today. My boyfriend must have a stronger stomach, cause he only got heartburn and indigestion from it. For them to offer Buy one get one free and serve old food, just to make a profit is not a restaurant I ever want to eat at, if you cannot provide fresh food offering buy one get one free, then don't offer it! I didn't order but one get one sick! I will never eat here again. Uber eats should take this restaurant off the platform, because they are making people sick for profit! Shame on you!

I placed an order through an app called "Too Good to Go" which is supposed to promote less food waste. I have ordered previously from Carolina's outside of this app and the food was enjoyable however they are running a scam through "Too Good to Go". I was promised an appetizer and two entrees and I received a roll filled with mashed potatoes and two containers of mashed potatoes covered in marinara sauce!!! Mashed potatoes aren't even an option on the menu!!! Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and scammed out of what I expected to be a couple dinners. Additionally I now have food poisoning from the part of the roll I did eat.

The minestrone soup was amazing. The rest of the entres were blah and bland. The wife and i went for lunch last week the staff were friendly unfortunately the food was awful id rather go to olive garden which i despise.

If you like your Italian food without a drop of seasoning , you come to the right place... It is clear the only work they put into thier lasagna is to open a can of tomatoe sauce and pour it over a noodle and unseasoned meat and then poof an acidic dinner with no flavor. I always have to doctor up thier bread with garlic butter and then toast it. but the lasagna couldn't be saved

If you order from the app TooGoodtoGo don't do it... they just sell you leftover garbage to profit it off of. Not even on the menu. Received two salads and a a big tray of mashed potatoes with tomato sauce on top?!?? I get if it was on the menu but they don't even sell it.

Disappointed, price is not justifiable anymore sadly. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Ordered 3 pizzas, only one arrived. Horrible presentation, I say this as a food service worker who typically has very lenient standards.

Ordered all of this to-go for lunch today and was blown away! Out of all the items I received, I loved the flavors and texture of the pineapple cheesecake, the thick cut and crunchy breading of the fried zucchini, the meaty layers of the lasagna, and the fruity, grape flavor of the mason jar lemonade! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough space to taste the jello. The portion sizes were perfect, the temperature of the food was great, and I would totally order again!!

I just picked up the Wednesday special. Absolutely awesome! Inexpensive, delicious, and served with a smile. Tim, the owner and his staff are wonderful. Sit down meals are always great. Well priced , delicious and a lot. I highly recommend Carolinas

Ordered from Too Good To Go app. Here's the description: $13, (regularly $39) Family tray premium surprise bag. This Surprise Bag will include one of our Family Trays which can feed 4-6 people. Most likely will be pasta and some of our bread, though other sides or portions of entrees may be included. Variety or selection of items are not guaranteed. I ordered 2, ($26), & received meat lasagna. Each came with 2 boxes of, wait for it, MASHED POTATOES!!! *No such item on the menu*. Also ordered meatballs & sausage. No bread, no salad. I thought it was unusual when the cashier told the staff to prep 2 orders of lasagna from the oven. The unusual part was that it was bad. Really bad. Only 2 layers of pasta, couldn't locate any cheese between the layer, topped with very little shredded cheese & a gallon of sugar (like Ketchup) marinara sauce. No real presence of meat in the meat sauce. It seemed like it was meant to be small but put in a container to make it look like you were getting a great deal. The staff were great, but the food ended up being wasted.

"Fettuccini" Alfredo... random mix of leftover disgusting noodles, sauce had random chunks of meat and who knows what else. Food came in styrofoam that burnt through, plastic was melted in to the food.

My wife and I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats, where it's listed as "The Pasta Kitchen". Their Fettucine Alfredo was probably some of the worst pasta I've ever had the displeasure of eating. It was severely overcooked to the point where Al Dente was just a distant memory, and even American tastes would consider it too soft. The pasta had very obviously been cooked earlier and reheated in a microwave, as there were parts of it that were very hot, while other parts were cold yet cooked. They were running a buy one get one free deal on the fettucine, which probably should have served as a warning. Even at half price, I feel like we got ripped off. My wife got the baked Ziti with meatballs, which fared a bit better. Still overcooked, but at least there was some bite left in it. The sauces were pretty good, even if the Alfredo seems like it's probably a jar sauce, but it's ruined by the non-home-made, overcooked pasta. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered the Penne Francesca which had no shrimp and as I was eating it, there was one shrimp mixed in underneath the pasta as I was eating through it. I am allergic to shellfish. Thank goodness I had my EpiPen.

This is the best dining experience I have ever had, the service over exceeded my expectations with their quick service and diligent attention, our server Adolfo treated our family with kindness and and respect and always tended to our needs. The food was phenomenal and amazing I felt as if the food was prepared freshly just minutes before dropped off at our table! The ambiance of the restaurant was nothing but peaceful with a well made music playlists to the beautiful murals on the wall! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!

I just spent $100 on UberEats. This restaurant is pretty horrible. I don't have a lot of words for this restaurant. The Mozzarella stick are the main offender. Garlic Knots had no garlic. It's almost funny how bad the food was.
