Food is great. My only reason for giving 2 stars is that multiple times, they don't honor their posted hours. Multiple times, they open late, and the reason is because their manager isn't there yet.

Very nice people at the location just went to today. The food was also very good. I got a bowl with white rice, chicken, pinto beans, pico de gallo, and guacamole. It was delicious. The prices can be a little high sometimes but for me and my family it is worth it when we are hungry. I will definitely be back to try something different.

I keep going to different chipotle locations and they've all been a disappointment. The people serving us were nice but once I went to pay the person charging was rude. They don't have salt and pepper where the utensils are so I asked for some. I asked the cashier for salt and pepper and he said there was no pepper, he went and got the salt and almost threw it at me. Chipotle needs to retrain their staff on service because it's not just this location, it's almost every single one I've been to

Last night I was there and it was almost closing time, I noticed a girl grabbing her hair over and over with her gloved hand. I stayed looking to see if she would change her gloves but no she continued to weight food with the dirty gloves on. This was gross to see and I do not know if she was going to discard the food or if they donate, but regardless this is a no no. Specially when you’re in front of costumers and are working on the line. I was ordering a kids meal with two sides of white rice and wanted extra corn. The guy who was preparing my food was nice but the same girl as soon as I mentioned the extra corn said”you better charge her extra for that!” I was like wow besides not handling food properly her customer service was awful. I was not talking to her and if I wanted something extra I am aware there is a charge for it. I do not know her name or what position she has but I would never go back to this particular chipotle. Also, the white rice was not very good. The rest of items were good per my daughter.

Good to know that if they are out of guacamole, for example, they are not really out - just providing to online orders. Apparently In person customers are not valued.
