!!food was delivered so please keep that in mind reading my review!! i was craving spicy chicken and i remembered hearing good things about this place so i decided to order. my girlfiend and i got the sandwich and the wrap, both mild, and fried pickles. overall we liked it! but for my personal tastes, it wasnt my favorite spicy chicken meal. for example, the coleslaw on the sandwich is pickled, which was tasty! but for something spicy i prefer a fresh coleslaw. also, nothing was crispy, which i understand since it was delivered, but the fried pickles were a bit pale for me so i suspect they may not have been particularly crisp to begin with. but i will say, they give you a TON of pickles so at least its a good value :) i would try this place again, but unfortunately it doesnt beat my favorite spot!!

These guys have dialed it in! In response to a message I recieved after my prior review I requested no seasoning and well done for my fries and wow, what an improvement! The chicken crimsons were amazing as always. 10/10 This time we tried the onion. It was kind of like an awesome blossum from outback. 9 bucks and lots of delicious crispy savory onion for the price. This place is very nice inside, I carried good out this time but, used their restroom on this visit. It is very clean and well maintained. We will be back for sure, thanks for the good eats, Crimson Coward!

This is a restaurant that in fact my little brother suggested us going in and try it out. Ive been here more than 5 times but my little brother couldn't compare to that LOL. They provide consistent products, go the extra mile, very attentive and efficient, etc. Their food is overall good. We always get spicy and boy it's very spicy! The large portions of food are the icing on the cake!! Shoutout to the owner for making it a great experience every time!

Great place for casual dinning with friends or family If you like spicy chicken sandwiches this is the place for you, food is made to order, with fast and friendly service, you can watch their crew cook and prepare your meal. Price per sandwich is about $9.00 so not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, you better off with a combo meal which will run you around $16.99 for sandwich, drink and

Chicken was dry and little random pieces thrown in the cardboard box I've seen dogfood commercials with better looking food. I would never come back. I called to let them know the "manager" who can't cook, couldn't manage either he just lashed out with an attitude saying if you want a refund come back.... Drive back there for $10? How about I drive to get edible food instead ? How did you know you gave me disgusting chicken right when you picked up the phone? Why did your employee know too ? Why can't you just serve good food ?! I'll go somewhere else next time.. one piece of chicken looks like a ball I have a picture of it. Go to literally any other hot chicken place I promise it'll be better than this.

Great chicken, way better than Cane's IMO! Mild strips were hot enough and tasty. We will be back.

John was great, excellent service and very respectful. Food was delicious, the chicken was juicy and not dry. I'd definitely return and recommend 10/10

I had originally been suggested to check out the Crimson Coward at the Downey location by a good friend.Since I was just a mile away getting coffee with the wifey, she asked if I'd be interested in checking out this location.I'm down, let's get some Tennessee style chicken samiches. We both got our own Chicken Samich combo. Fries and a fountain drink came with said combo.Daughter got their Chicken & waffles.I was the only one who finished the entire meal, while the wifey ate a quarter of her samich, and daughter ate half a Chicken Tender and half of the waffles. They have a pretty healthy portion when it comes to their meals. We all definitely enjoyed the Tennessee style Chicken here and will be back for more.Place is clean, organized, great service (the manager was quite accommodating) staff were helpful. This is a highly recommended restaurant for ultimate Chicken Samiches!

So disappointed!! The chicken was tough. The fries were really the worst fries I have ever had. Cold and felt like they were microwaved. I never like Cole slaw so that wasn't a surprise but it tasted worse than normal. Like sour. The Mac and cheese was bland. The price was high but if the food was amazing it would have been fine. The blooming onion was the only edible item. Also the hottest chicken was mistakenly put into the kids meal. Thank God we didn't burn the baby!!

I walked in to kill time and to look at the menu. The man loudly proclaims he is not open yet. I reply I'm just looking at the menu. He repeated himself, so I left, after one photo feeling unheard.

I’m not even going to lie, this is the best chicken I’ve ever had and I’m not even from Anaheim! ?

This place is amazing. The guy taking our order was patient and made suggestions. Super clean and everything is fresh. The kids loved the food! Everything was delicious.

Food was fine, but take out boxes should be better designed, cardboard/paper boxes are not a good idea for putting hot foods in

Excellent customer service, however, portion sizes are overwhelmingly large. I get it "bang for the buck" but this is just unnecessary. The flavor was nice and had a kick; I just wished I wasn't going to need my heart pumped after a four piece tender meal and fries on the side. Open view of the kitchen so that's good; they're transparent with how they handle everything from the raw chicken to the prep to the plating. They were very clean and it seems there was process, nothing chaotic. There was only one guy cooking and plating and even calling out orders for pick up and boy, he was BUSY. Props to him for keeping up with the constant rush. My last gripe is do you really just open a bag of sandwich bread, give a slice, and call that quality? You be the judge.
