The bun cha hanoi was delicious. The diced red chili peppers added just enough heat and spiciness to the fish sauce. The service was friendly and great. The restaurant is cozy. A little cramped because my chair got kicked a couple of times, but it was just a minor inconvenience.

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place before. My favorite 2 dishes here are the banh canh and the bun cha. My mom makes great banh canh so I have super high standards for banh canh. DK's version is rich and flavorful. Bún Chả has a nice char to their grilled meats. Everything I've eaten here has been really good. Super solid Vietnamese food.

It's a small shop but very clean, ordered a bun rieu cua with snails. 10/10 would recommend. They gave a heavy amount of bun, broth is flavorful. Definitely will come back whenever I crave for bun rieu oc

My mom and I like eating here. My go to is the bánh canh and hers is the bún riêu. The bánh canh has lots of toppings, I especially love their fish cake in it. The broth is delicious with lemon and their minced chilis. My mom likes how they have a whole jar of mắm ruốc (fermented shrimp paste) so she can add as much as she likes. Most restaurants only give you a small spoon of it in a little dish. The items are on the pricier side compared to the size of the portion but at least it's tasty

Our first time eating here was good. I ordered bun rieu cua dong with oc and the oc was so good. We ordered some fries for our daughter and it was good too. She was able to eat the fries (generous portion). However, the next time we ordered to go, also bun rieu cua dong with oc and they forgot my oc even though they charged it with oc :(

Ordered through Postmates on a rainy day but food was delicious, bún chả Hà Nội got smoky flavor in it which we love, their Hainan chicken dish is another must try dish here, definitely will be back to order the popular udon dish here

Just had to give credit where credit is due. My dermatology clinic had a new drug rep bring in food and she recommended DK Cuisine. We don't get much good Viet food out here in Newport Beach. However, when my staff got to try the dishes we requested, everyone raved about it. The bun cha was good, the banh canh was flavorful, the bo la lot was so good too. Our tab was over $500 so we got to try almost every dish on the menu and everything was good, even the drinks! We have reps bring in food to our office weekly, this treat from DK Cuisine was one of our favorite rep lunches in months! I can't wait to try this on the weekend when I'm in Bolsa.
I came here cause my wife loves Banh canh cua. It's pretty good and the broth isn't overly salty. The bun Bo hue was okay. Your food comes out quick and a decent place for viet food outside of the typical pho.

Went here based on Yelp reviews I read and it did not disappoint. It is conveniently located on Bolsa in a shopping plaza w plenty of well lighted parking. The restaurant is not that big nor too small but it is clean and well decorated. I ordered the bamboo and duck noodle soup which came with a shredded cabbage salad and plenty of ginger fish sauce concoction to dip the tender and fatty duck in. I asked for extra bamboo which was a good move. I also had their butterfly lemonade drink with boba. The soup broth was fragrant and not sugary sweet like other restaurants which I prefer. Service was good and swift. I got my to gos too. A bún chả Hà Nội, à bún canh riêu đồng and à bánh canh tôm thịt. Just enjoyed the bún chả Hà Nội ấy home for lunch the next day which is CNY day! Everything I've eaten has been very tasty and fresh with generous portions. I will enjoy the other two noodle soups tonight and lunch tomorrow. What a great weekend to eat well and have no shopping and cooking to do! Highly recommend DK's to you all! Sorry I only took pix of the duck bamboo soup.
