In the Summer they sometimes bbq the chicken out in front - outside - right along Harbor Blvd. ! Makes the whole area smell HeaVeNLy with all that delicious smoke going on ! GREAT tasting chicken ! PTL !Parking: Parking pretty close to front door. Nice workers.

When the girl arrived, she tried to explain to a customer that she couldn't deliver the order online because the name and the photo she showed didn't match. The man came out angry and disrespectful.The wife arrived later demanding to speak to a manager and with a terrible attitude,The food here and the service were genitals for me, I hope they don't find a novel when they come ?

This place has better tasting chicken and better prices than pollo loco, I go there all the time by myself or with my family but only thing I don’t like is that when I bring my kids and the cooks in the kitchen are talking a lot of obscenities that my children hear and then they’re asking me what they’re yelling in the back of the restaurant, as I man I understand and I know it’s like that at the work place but I don’t think this place should allow vulgarities since we can hear them loud and clear in the front of the restaurant.

The food, especially the chicken is good. The only drawback was getting served rice instead of the refried beans, I requested. I don't always like rating the atmosphere, because it's usually other patrons that influence and make it what it is.

I usually get food from this place during the week, but today Saturday I took my family for dinner. We arrived at 7:15 PM, and I was aware that they close at 8:00 PM, so I went to the order desk and asked the cashier if we could eat indoors, and she said "no because we close at 8PM" I was like, oh, is 7:17 PM, but ok, I understand. My question for management is whether their employees require additional training.

The chicken here is really really good! Super juicy and love the grilled mesquite flavor! However the meal left much to be desired... Ordered the two piece chicken combo meal which came with two sides (I chose rice and potato salad). The rice was a little dry and the potato salad taste like what you would buy at Stater Bros., overall nothing special. It also came with the tortillas to make tacos with, the tortillas were dry as well. Also I ordered on Door Dash, and it had options to add toppings to your meal such as sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, etc. I received none of those items. If these items are not suppose to come with the meal please remove these options on the app. I also ordered a Chorizo and egg breakfast burrito, which came with beans, rice, and cilantro. It was extremely salty and hard to eat. I don't think adding salt is necessary for whoever was cooking this. Overall really good tasting chicken, but everything else was a little disappointing.

When they have what you need, you're lucky. Always out of basic thing, like cups, chicken breasts, etc. I usually go through the drive-thru and 8 of of 10 times something is incorrect with my order. Not sure what's going on with this location.
