Nice spot! Staff is very friendly and have seen them clean tables frequently when others leave. Drinks are always great and cups don’t feel cheap like other spots. I only wish that they offered some rewards card because I like to come here often. Other spots tend to have rewards so was a bit bummed finding out there’s no incentive here.

I absolutely love the kiwi basil green tea here @ Feng Cha. The oreo cheese dessert was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The owner was extremely kind to us, and took care of our visit the entire duration. the customer service was exceptional. the best i've ever gotten. If I could, I would stay here all day just because of the peaceful ambience. they have such a wide variety of drinks & dessert. if you prefer your drinks less sweet, make sure to ask for less sweet like 75%! I highly recommend to give this place a visit! For 10000/10 customer service + awesome drinks.

amazing boba place, 10/10 customer service, made sure that everything was perfect and that i loved everything. did not hesitate to remake my drink if i wasn't as satisfied, and was perfect afterwards. i recommend anyone in this area to come here asap because the service and drinks are both phenomenal and i would come again everyday if i could.

Maybe I'm not as picky as everyone else here but I couldnt really see what the complaints where. I bought 4 drinks and all tasted just fine. I guess tea has become a aquired taste for some because a drink is a drink and believe me I've had worse. Boba was fine and drinks for each flavor matched its description. No complaints here

Came by on a Sunday afternoon, there was no line, and service was quick. I got a classic milk tea with black tea and it hit the spot. I recommend going down in sweetness, I got 50% and it was sweet for me. There is a good tea taste and it tasted fresh. Ambiance inside was nice with outlets, seating, and plenty of space. There is a lack of air circulation but it's still nice overall. I would recommend coming back if you're nearby for some delicious tea.
Ice jasmine apple tea, unusual pairing but I enjoyed it! The people there are so kind and sweet and drink was delicious. I never knew this place existed.Will be supporting this small local business often. Place look really cute and cozy to.

Classic Taiwanese tea shop. Interior is VERY CUTE. Comfortable seating. Cool art with cats & Hokkusai type prints.At the suggestion of staff, had the jasmine tea with kiwi & basil. Which was VERY good. They use fresh fruit in all related beverages. Options include: no ice // less ice No sugar//25//50//75 % sugarMy friend ordered the citrus breeze (?). This automatically comes with 4seasons tea, which was quite bitter. Friend ordered it with 50% sugar. The owner was taking care of nearby tables. Asked how we liked our drinks. My friend was honest & told him she thought her drink was too bitter. He was explaining all the tea varieties they serve. How certain teas work better with certain fruits/ingredients. Anyway, he offered to make her another citrus beverage with Jasmin tea instead. This was SO MUCH better! He was explaining how they prep the 4 seasons tea. Tea leaves are soaked overnight to open up & bloom to their fullest potential. So the owner was passionate about the various teas & their optimal flavor potential, etc. This impressed us,as he's not in it as "just" a business. But, as a true tea lover/connoisseur.
