HOURS AREN'T ACCURATE!! Misleading establishment! Please read this review before ordering or going to this place.Visited this place for the first time on Thursday at 3:20pm, and it looked empty. A male's voice talked through the drive-thru intercom, asking you if "you want to try their house coffee," but when you reply or try ordering, there was silence. I pulled up to the window anyway, and it was empty! There was nobody inside the shop. There was a sign on the window that said they closed at 6:30pm on Saturday & Sunday but said nothing about closing at any other time in the week. If this is how the owner cares about this establishment, then I don't know what their foods/drinks will taste like.

I went a couple times and the coffee was sooo good. But every time I go back, they’re closed. The hours say they should be open… not sure what’s going on. They need to fix their hours, it’s going to make people not come back. :/

Normally I wouldn’t write a review, but this location is ridiculous!I called ahead, b/c I knew the hours were wonky. The woman who answers the phone says they are open till 8pm.Awesome, I am literally 3 minutes away.Pull up to the drive thru. The generic greeting is on, I order & then nothing. So I drive up to the window. Some man just waves his hand, not knowing what he is trying to convey, I drive up a little more. He tells me they are closed. What the heck?!I tell him I just called to confirm & all their signs says 8pm….. he just repeats himself.Sorry, you lost us as a customer.Just ridiculous! ?

LOVE the house coffee, one of the best I’ve tasted! Service is always amazing and fast!My only issue is that this place is not open every day, I’ve gone 3-4 times during normal business hours and they were closed. Overall recommend this hidden gem to everyone!!

I was in the area and liked through my DoorDash deals. This place offered 50% off for orders over $30, so I placed an order for a Ube Coffee, Pork Banh Mi, and BBQ pork with rice. The pork banh mi was tasty and bread was nice and soft. The coffee was good as well but most of the ube cream was stuck on the lid, so I tasted mostly the Vietnamese coffee. The bbq pork with rice looked DISAPPOINTING! The DD price is $18.95 and it looked like a $5 meal! You can add extra meat or egg for a premium. Definitely not worth the price, even with 50% off.

So my usual place was sold out of viet cold coffee, so a quick Yelp search lead me here. All you need to do is look for the Shell gas station. It's adjacent to the mini market for the gas station. Had to do a U-turn since I missed it the first time around. A drive thru is available, however, I chose to go inside. This is pretty much a to-go establishment with one lone table inside. The sweet cream foam iced coffee is what I was after. It's available on their house iced coffee or sea salt iced coffee. Ordered 2 house iced coffee which really hit the spot. Satisfied my sweet cream craving. Also ordered the chicken bahn mi & pork bahn mi. Shared these with a friend I went to visit. Ordered as is with shredded carrots, cilantro & cucumber. The chicken consisted of slices of grilled chicken breast which were tasty. Ample portion of carrots, could have had more cilantro & more cucumber. No chili pepper though . The pork bahn mi had thin slices of marinated pork, same veggies as the other sandwich. The bread was standard yummy French baguette. Overall a pretty decent place with quick service, friendly staff & a fair price. Would definitely stop by again if close by.

I went here for the first time and I'm very surprised with how good this place is. I got the popular drink there which is the Ube coffee and I can see why it's a favorite because it's so good. If you enjoy strong coffee like me then this coffee is for you. The Ube just adds a sweet touch to it. The bánh mì and ham and cheese croissant was actually so good too! Also love that this place has a drive thru!

This is a review based purely on the food, sans service, location, and ambiance. I ordered one of each "breakfast" food item (pork bánh mì, chicken bánh mì, ham and cheese croissant, and a waffle). They came out hot and smelled up the car, which added to my salivation. Well, Hiccups, you really did have a hiccup. The waffle was somewhat cold the center and dare I say stale? The chicken banh mi was my biggest disappointment. They didn't have pickled carrot, cilantro was old and wilting, and the chicken was ...drier than the Sahara Desert on a windy day. Even Bánh mì chè cali has better chicken banh mi. Look at my picture for evidence. The only good thing that saved this review was the ham and cheese croissant...although it was made on what looked like a Costco croissant. I ordered the macadamia nut coffee but it tasted of coconut more than anything. Dissatisfied and disappointed, I'm sorry to report this is a one and done for me.

My son and I stopped by here for a quick break/drinks during a volleyball tournament to get a couple of Thai Teas (blended) with Boba. The service was friendly and quick and the drinks were really great. It's in the same building as a gas station but don't let that dissuade you from giving them a chance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Get your Banh Mi and coffee fix at the new location in Garden Grove! I've been a fan of their Long Beach location and was excited to see that this location was up and running. The menu is the same, except that it's a smaller location with a drive thru, so it's a great spot if you're looking to pickup and go. It's located in the same plaza as the Shell gas station on Garden Grove Blvd and Knott St and there's only a couple of parking spots right out in front. If you're new to the spot, you can't go wrong with their BBQ Pork Banh Mi or their Ube Coffee.

Picked up some bobas and banh mi's for a little picnic/hiking trip! Both the Jasmine Milk Tea ($5.45) and Mango Mango ($5.45) drinks were super refreshing. Not to mention, the consistency of the boba was one of the best I've had in a while - soft and slightly chewy. Mango was a bit too sweet for my preference, so I would ask for 75% sweetness next time The Pork Banh Mi ($7) was a 5/5 and hit the spot!! The pickled veggies were bomb and the pork was so flavorful. Love that they have a drive-thru here. It saves so much time and it's so convenient!!

Found this amazing place by missing my exit on a road trip and it was such a great find. I ordered an iced matcha latte that is one of the best I've had. I got a ham and cheese croissant that was so good I ended up eating it with my bf who had to go back for a second one for us to share lol. He also got a chicken banh mi that was delicious. Absolutely recommend, they have a drive through and friendly staff.

They are never open during their business hours. Don't waste your time coming here. I'm trying really hard to be a new consistent customer but they make it impossible. Only open from 9am to 3pm and that's IF they don't have a lame excuse of a "power outage" (the lights were on inside???). Terrible business ethic, I'll stick to coffee dose down the street.

Love this place..been pretty much a regular since they opened. SO DISAPPOINTED that they changed their hours. I understand closing early during the week but the weekends too?
