I agree with Emily BIG 0 !!!in drive thru, we said are order correctly even on my special request and she would say something else repeatedly like rushed us an we get pulled forward waiting and are order was wrong we went in didn't charge us food was wrong an the manager just brused it off and with attitude as if she does not want to work there please corporate due something about this. Bad an rude service dont go here at all!

If I could give ZERO stars I would the girl that was taking my order had NO patience at all when I asked her if everything was okay she gave me attitude she looks and sounded so unprofessional hair was completely messy and falling around her face while preparing my food we asked her if everything was okay and she started yelling at us telling us that she kept asking for our drink which we weren’t done ordering for. I told her I work in customer service and we don’t ever doesn’t to our people like this and told her she needs to work on that (in the nicest way possible) she then said “ girl bye” and slammed the window on me as we were still waiting on out order.

I have been a customer for over 20 yrs at this location, It has not always been a 5 star visit but duable. Today I went through the drive thru and the manager started taking my order and I am assuming she couldn't hear me. I asked for 2 orders of the monster tacos and 2 orders of the regular tacos, I see on the drive thru screen 13 mini tacos, and she said is that all I said I didn't say mini tacos and I repeated my order. Again I see mini tacos with something else and she asked does your order look right ? I said No I did not say mini tacos. Then there is a silence for about 1 minute. Then the voice changed, what do you want?! And I repeated the order and I see on the screen 1 order 2 tacos 1 order 2 monster tacos and I repeated my order that is not correct I asked for 2 orders of monster tacos and 2 orders of regular tacos and she said I Heard You! With an attitude. I get to the window and no greet your total is $X amount, I paid. When she gave me my order I asked if she took my order and she said yes, then I said oh you couldn't hear me? And she said no so I said oh because you sounded pretty far and I think you couldn't hear me and she says I didn't take your order I finished it. So I said oh ok thank you. Drove away. I get home and K thought she said she heard me since she gave me attitude voice and I was missing 2 tacos. I called and she answerd "Hello" I said is this Jack in the box? And she said yes. So I said i just ordered through drive thru and I'm missing tacos and she said do you want to pick them up? I said well yes that's why I stopped by. The. She says let me know when u get here I'll take them out. Mind you, NO apologies at All... then I get there and she sees me and turns around to ask the cook if the bag at here are the tacos? And she gives me the bag the look on my face I'm already mad! But I stayed calm, Because the way she talked to me over the drive thru because no thought she heard me but apparently didn't get my order correct in the bag, she give me the bag and turns around no apology for the mistake. I asked for her name PRICILIA boy does she look like one, so I asked for the managers name and she says she in the back do you want yo talk to her I said no, I was already really upset and didn't want to make a bigger deal. I look inside the bag and questioned are these the monster tacos? And she said yes and we put two extra ones and she turns around, I said thank you and walked away mad due to the fact she NEVER tried or apologized as if she was right! Like what do these people think? How are they even working at customer service? No apologies over them not taking my order correct or nothing!!! at all over their mistake, no apologies at all. Not to judge but tattoos on her face and neck that tell you how professional she can be, if you go there you see her you will know she stands out Ugly AF girl. Ugly personality with no customer service skills. 2 extra tacos do not make up for their mistakes and NO apologies. I will avoid going to that one.
Please be careful with what is in your food. I went to buy food and my son wanted a chocolate shake. As he was drinking it he hurt himself with a hard sharp piece of plastic that was inside (YES INSIDE) his shake! I tried calling Jack in the Box to report it but they never answered. Internal injury such as intestinal perforation could have happened had my son swallowed this thing! Be cautious!!!

The food almost cold, and customer service not good at all they don’t provide condiments for the food they tell you to go on the front because they take too long to get the orders employees are talking personal stuff instead of to rush the orders and have customers happy that’s not professional and also employees are not smiling they give you attitudes I’m not happy coming to this place owners have to educate and train the employees really
