TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!Went through the drive thru at at 7:45 am and ordered the #25 Extreme Sausage and was charged correctly. When I opened the wrapper I saw that it was not the right sandwich. I was not far so I went back and let the cashier know I received the wrong product. At this point my mind set was people make mistakes. She looked at the receipt and asked what did i want. I said, whats on the receipt please. She then said that is the extreme sausage. I replied, "it is not" as a statement of fact. The cashier then insisted that it was the extreme sausage. Then, in a little more of a frustrating tone I said open it up. She said you need to calm down, I was obviously starting to get frustrated as she was convinced there was no way she was wrong with out looking at the product. While I dont necessarily believe in this saying all of time, but the customer is always right. If your people don't want to work with customers/public then perhaps review the team you have on staff. In the end, no apology, and the food was handed to me without any closing comments. Just placed on the counter in front of me. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Chicken nuggets are really small & expensive! McDonald's nuggets are way bigger & tastier u got your money's worth!
I ordered food for 5 kids and 1 adult, including 5 fries which I never got. I asked if everything is in the bag and they said yes. Right from the beginning the person was pushy and hurrying me.When getting food for the kids they should make sure right.Very disappointed and of course no receipt. They owe me for 5 small fries. I ordered their Munchie meal today and when I tell you I was?? appalled? I understand fast food. Been there done that. But when I ordered a munchie meal with both sides to be halfsies fries extra salt on both portion. I expected that much. Tell me why they had the balls to give me what is basically only 1 side worth of fries?? And they tried to play me by putting the burger in the box to take up more space. They have NEVER done that for any of my previous munchie meals. I hope whoever put together my meal gets their big toe amputated.

If you like rude employees and wrong orders, this is your restaurant.I usually deal with this place cause my boys like Jack but today was the last straw.I ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo and literally received a cold cheeseburger with catsup!The drive thru was empty and I was still instructed to park. After 6 mins, I finally received my order.I gave 1 star cause I had to. This location does not earn this star.I also filled out the contact us form on the website...still NO response.

I’m a DCA Inspector and I have to travel to do field work. I often stop at different JITB’s for lunch. This was probably the worst I’ve been to. First of all, the women working there were very rude and unprofessional. The place is dirty, not to mention how nasty the food tasted. It even gave me a terrible stomach ache. The employees weren’t even wearing gloves when handling the food. ? I know I won’t stop by here the next time I’m in town.
Food was hot and fresh. Clean.
