I've been to this location several times and each time I've ordered two chicken pot pies. I've always been very satisfied with my order. Until tonight. When I first started eating my pot pie, I noticed it had a different flavor compared to the other times. Upon further examination, I noticed that it had too many carrots and way too many potatoes. But it was missing one very important ingredient....THE CHICKEN!!! They made the chicken pot pies with no chicken! How is that possible?!! If I was just a short distance away when I discovered I had vegetarian "pot pies", I would have immediately gone back and demanded a refund. But unfortunately, I was miles away by the time I discovered the blunder. I really would like an explanation about my experience tonight.

I was here Friday Jan 19 at 5pm because my spouse was craving KFC. I did not care for KFC at all from previous experiences at other nearby locations due to consistent bad food quality. Also, it's been over 6 months since my last KFC purchase, I did not know Extra Crispy is no longer an option. To my surprise, the ladies at the front counter were happy to accommodate my request and were extremely considerate and pleasant. The food came out very delicious and to the excellent standards i remember KFC used to be a long time ago. I hope it stays this good consistently. Ill be back .

I've been here that last 4 times I have gone to Little Saigon hehe The value is great and the food is really good. I've been to many KFC's in Viet Nam and this one here kind of reminds me of being back there hehe ;)I always have to come back to this restaurant :)
This is a good KFC location. Think they fired past employees of bad service here as you come to eat. Anyways i stopped for lunch the other day. I got a 4 piece chicken meal. Food was good, people were nice. Id come back again

I feel like this place needs to fix there speaker system it's been out for to long... you can't hear the employees and they can't hear us. and respectfully need to put someone at the window who speaks clear and won't get upset when u ask to repeat your order bc the mic is bad or you can't hear the speaker. Over all this place has good food.

I'm not a fan of their bucket fried chicken. The chicken are not crunchy like other places, more of a soft fried chicken. The mashed potatoes are ok but I can make my own. BBQ chickens are good! The biscuits are very buttery and flaky. I don't remember ordering fries so no comment.

Second time I've been here in the middle of lunch hour. Second time I've had to stand and wait for my food. When you're in the restaurant business, it's a cardinal rule not to be out of food during the times that you should know you'll need it. That's piss poor management, along with a crew that's more interested in shuffling their feet than working at their jobs.

I ordered via the app for take out yesterday and wasn't given the option for extra crispy. So I was given to original recipe 8-piece chicken. And I'd have to say that the original recipe is the worst chicken I've had in a very long time. It's very sad that the original recipe chicken is worse than the fried chicken that you can buy at a supermarket. It was extremely salty, the skin was oily and not crispy at all. I'm sure that the other products that they sell or decent but it is sad that the main products that they've been selling for four decades cannot even compare to what is sold elsewhere

Dear OWNER!!Please help your employees at this location!!You have great employees that have to put up with HELL here at this location, and it's NOT OK.This area has the worst homeless/drug addicts/ felons, and your store is the hangout, along with the other 4 corners. Your employees jobs are to run your store, take care of your customers, and generate revenue for You!How can they do this properly when they have to ask people to stop doing drugs, dealing drugs, sleeping, and so many other things, on your property?These people, in a lot of cases have just been released from jail.It is not safe for your employees, or your customers.I have personally seen, with my own eyes, your manager Alejandra have to ask people to not loiter the parking lot. She should not have to do this ALL DAY and NIGHT LONG, nobody should.Please don't wait any longer to take a stand against this. We don't want something more horrible to happenThis whole community needs to get together and not allow it in our business, or homes anymore!!Hire a security guard to patrol and keep these thieves away.They are stealing money from your business!When people don't want to come to your business was because of this issue, they are literally taking money from you.If you had security your business would profit, and your employees would be safe.I really hope you can see my point.I will tell you this tho, If I was working there and this had started happening, I would have left!You should be grateful your employees haven't walked out.It's not a safe work environment.
