I hardly ever eat KFC as a result of having bad experiences with this franchise. Since it was convenient and I was short on time, I decided to give this particular location another chance. Disappointingly, this location was no different. Not only was the food subpar, but the employees are negligent as well. I ordered a 5 piece Nashville Hot Chicken combo and received 4 measly pieces of chicken. Additionally, the french fries were stale. I only saw that the employee (or employees) had miscounted or purposefully left out one chicken tender once I had shortly arrived back at work. Now, I can say for certainty that I will not be eating at KFC again.

Very poor service! The young lady that finally waited on me walked by me at the counter while she was on her cell phone and it took her 15 minutes to get off the phone and finally come back to the counter to take my order. When I got home, we were missing our mashed potatoes and gravy. Very disappointing.

Service was a bit slow for a while, but they've managed to pick things up now and I really can't fault them since they're understaffed. Will definitely prefer this place over the Popeyes further down the street.

Poor management of the place and very poor customer service. Went in for lunch and waited so long for my order. Definitely not coming to this location ever again. Spare yourself the time and pick a different place to eat.
I forgot to add the following to my last "Yelp" post. I wanted to order 20 pieces of KFC chicken but also wanted to be sure it was as I recalled with the taste from years back. So I asked for one piece. They gave me a chicken wing. The taste was mushy and not with the spice I recalled with the regular selection. What really bothered me was that the bones of the wing were all broken. Not sure what caused that, but it sure made me wonder what I just ate. Needless to say I left. Note: this place has a real problem with the entrance and exit. Yikes!!

go to drive through and try to order 8 piece bucket and they tell they only have dark meat? So I across the street to the Vons and get my chicken no problem. I get home and thought to myself let and try and order and what do you know i can order it on-line? WOW try to support local business so what is the deal with that? Let's see if anybody even cares

How do you go to a KFC and there is no chicken? My husband and I get there and waited like for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement. Then finally we are asked to wait and there goes almost 10 minutes only to find out there is no chicken ready. Owners of these restaurants need to hire people that like to work. It seems nowadays no one likes to work and the customer service is terrible!!!!
