Upon walking in, you'll most likely get a whiff of the hot butter from the sizzling plates from diners. If they have their doors open, it's most likely due to the dining room being smokey from the plates. They offer a variety of meal options but I think they're mostly known for their sizzling plates and beef dishes.Our group had the com bo luc lac (shaken beef with rice), com suon cuu nuong sot bo toi (lamb chops with garlic butter sauce and rice), and com ribeye sot bo toi (ribeye with garlic butter sauce and rice). Even though we ordered all dishes with the red rice, there were other options to choose such as white rice, fries or bread. I'm not exactly sure what's in the red rice to even describe it. I wasn't a big fan of the red rice but to all their own.The lamb chops and ribeye were presented on a sizzling plate with a side salad with vinegarette dressing. Lamb chops were tender and ribeye lacked flavor. The star of the meal was the bo luc lac. It was also tender, shaken with plenty of sauce, and had chunks of garlic. It was absolutely delicious! The plate also had a side of watercress and onions that complimented the dish well. It was so good, our table had to order another. Portion-wise, I'd say it's a single serving. You may not want to share it with how delicious it is.Service was great, too. Now, I saw another reviewer mention this, so I will too. Just FYI, their drinks are served in small styrofoam cups. They do charge $0.50 for water. It's not a deal breaker but I guess some people may not like it. I'm assuming it's the charge for the cup itself.

After making plans to meet a friend for lunch we picked a place we haven't been to before and boy we were so glad that we picked Khoi Hung for our lunch adventure today. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but it is nice and clean inside and also very modern. We started with the Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls which were nice and very tasty. For my main entree I chose the Filet Mignon with garlic and a side of freshly baked baguette, which was excellent. The steak came on a sizzling hot plate and it was hands down one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The garlic and the onions paired well together and the steak was cooked to perfection. My friend's Crab Noodle soup was also very tasty and so was the side salad which came with the steak. 5 stars for reasonably priced food, friendly service and a great atmosphere. I'll be back. Enjoy and Bon Appetit.

Consistently the best steak around for under $20. The garlic filet Mignon medium rare is the best although I'm not quite sure how they can sell a big piece of filet Mignon steak for under $20? Is it beef ?
Both me and my dad got the filet mignon that comes with salad and either red rice or fries. Very sweet staff and food (+prices) are great! Delicious and will definitely be coming back!

They add easy to find because the plaza is right next to the gas station from the street. I consider this place is like my little hidden gem because their food is amazing. The service here is very friendly and food comes out real quick which makes it a perfect place to go to in you're in a rush. Unfortunately they do close on Tuesdays though. I have my go to dishes that I always choose no matter which restaurant I go to so obviously I'm looking for that wow factor flavor that has me craving to come back. All their dishes here that I've tried has that unique taste. It's not just me that notices this because even my picky parents who are a bit of a health fanatics agree with me. Must try dishes are the lamb dish, beef with rice, chicken with rice, and their salted plum soda. I've noticed lots of people like to order to-go here too which is what we usually do too.

This is the only vietnamese restaurant where you can find other types of fishes beside salmon. You also have a choice how you want your fish to be prepared, well done or medium. For me the worse you can do to a piece of steak or fish is to overcook it. Here you have a choice. Thanks a lot Khoi Hung. All items on the menu are done well, bo luc lac is very good. The restaurant is clean, prices are reasonable. Food is consistentOnly one problem, sometimes the air-conditioning is not on. I know you want to save money but customers need to eat in a comfortable environment, they want to enjoy and your employees need a pleasant workplace too. Overall, Khoi Hung is a gem, no wonder it has been here for a long time
