Walked in and thought the place looked a little sketchy but glad I didn't leave. This is one of the best if not the best place for Nui Xao Bo. Gotta give it a try! The server lady is very nice. She is both the server and the cook so be patient! The wait is worth it!

First time here. They have various appetizers and a lot of noodle dishes...! The lady offered us an iced tea which was really neat! I enjoyed my udon crab noodle dish. Food is good and portions are great as well. Definitely will come back to try other things :)

We ordered crab soup, yen chow fried rice & cubed steaks with macaroni. They were all very good and tasty. They use good-quality & nice portions of crab meat in the soup, high-rating Chinese sausage and beef too. It's a small restaurant, not fancy looking but their food is good. It's the reason that we keep coming back.

01/02/21: We ordered takeout and the people at the cashier (there were only 2) did NOT wear masks. It was really disappointing to see considering how poorly SoCal has been handling covid19.

Idk why they have a restaurant I walked in and asked for a menu they just stared at me as if i was crazy. They shoook their heads and told me no. As soon as I walked out another couple walked in and they sat them down and gave them a menu to order. Keep in mind indoor eating is currently not allowed due to covid 19.

I got the banh canh (Vietnamese udon noodle soup) and wonton noodle soup. Both was pretty standard. Nothing really special. I did like the udon more than the wontons. As of 5/26, they're still operating for takeouts. I do know it's CASH ONLY. I know it says they accept credit cards on Yelp, but maybe during this time it's cash only. I have no idea about delivery as I don't speak any Vietnamese and had someone call it in to ordered. I was in and out of there. I don't think it's somewhere I would like to dine in when that is allowed. It's a bare bone place. Parking isn't too bad right now. I can imagine it being full when everything is running again as that place houses other eateries.

i do like the food... been driving by for years but never wanted to stop in. not because of the food but parking in that strip mall is s**** omg its got some horrible small amount of parking and i dont want to fight over a spot. i have seen some bad parking lot fights because of a parking spot. also they have some shitty shops there that invite more of the undesirables. food: its not bad. i was expecting worse so ehh. the grip i do have is that its salty tho. since its covid and we had to take it home, make sure you ask for all the condiments and utensils as they will miss or leave it out on purpose. price: its above average. not crazy. my main complaint is that the door says they take credit cards but actually dont. i was lucky i had cash. and since i didnt expect that much i was very lucky. about 30ish bucks. location: its local to me. so i cant complain. experience: they dont speak english much and they wont tell you much either. the food is fine and i would come back once in a blue moon. for what they want to do, that spot will not allow them to grow. for the amount charged they should definitely include everything we need to enjoy it at home. the owners are not rude but do lack restaurant business etiquet.
