Wife and I used to go frequently to, across from Costco Garden Grove, McDonald's and get vanilla cones and other little things. Upon search for better McDonald's location, went to this Harbor/Westminster location and find it to be a better all-around experience

Order food by the drive thru, employee collecting your money was polite, the employee giving you the food was not in a good mood, and I was missing some of the order.
I went in today and it was horrible service inside. The fact that they have kiosk and they are obligating the customer to use them when they don’t want too. If the customer reuses to order thru the kiosk and ask to be help within them in the regular register they will kick out the customers. I was witness of a customer being treated so unfairly by the worker. I left and decided to use the drive thru. Turns out when I get home the utensils and honey/butter was missing for the two deluxe breakfast I bought. So sadddd I don’t remember the service being like this ????

I just received one of the worse service in my life at McDonald's drive through today at 2:00 a.m. I ordered 80 pcs mcnuggets and one big and tasty hamburger and they made me wait outside for more than 30 minutes. Wiithout letting me know, I had to remind them 3 times "knocking on the door" but they simply ignored and don't care. Finally, I got the mcnuggets but when I got home, NO hamburger. I have to drive back and get it, but still no apology from them what so ever. Please Amanda (GM), the manager "Jasmine" needs to be retrained or detained immediately. Really frustrated customer.
