Had to come here again for my family's Christmas dinner. It's just so good and simple to order here. Pay them cash and you get it a little cheaper. Couldn't find parking, everyone had the same idea to get spring rolls for the holiday and I parked on the side that wasn't a space but i'm just picking up my order anyways and as long as I didn't block anyone. The rolls were hot and ready and they are always nice here. Definitely a great find to getting a tray of spring rolls.

We will never be returning. Our horrible experience was enough to deter us from ever trying food from there again. We ordered and confirmed several days ahead (small order), and still had to wait over half an hour after our designated time for our pickup. The employee there was completely rude and unprofessional in her interaction with us, and snapped back with attitude despite our patience. No food is worth dealing with disrespect and low quality service.

I saw this fast food caterer many times but was always suspicious but somehow after buying my desserts at Hien Khanh next door I read reviews n said at 4.5 stars how could I go wrong? Well that was a disaster. Trust me it was that bad, where do I begin? The Bo bia was a joke, don't even try, the supposedly egg didn't have a mother!!! Omg it was like a plastic strip, I hope it was not Bill Gates lab meat n even made w 3d printer, not a joke! Lab chicken already sold next to beyond meat, better check what you are buying, this was plastic egg not lab chicken so my guess is that it was made w powdered eggs but my point was it was fake n had zero taste, the roll was stuffed w so much veggies not enough herbs or sausage, the hoisin sauce was ok.The nem nuong taste was not bad but the sauce was so fake, funny yellow artificial color what in the world was that? I ate them w the hoisin sauce as I ditched the Bo bia. They wrapped so tight w Saran Wrap it was hard to break it open, I almost ate it had I not seen the sign warning us to remove the Saran. What a waste of money I miss the real nem nuong I just had in Saigon grilled on real charcoal briquettes.

This is a pretty decent nem cuon place. We got a tray of 40 for $93! The nem was pretty tasty and the portion of veggies is on point. I would get another tray again for parties. The parking might be a small area, but people come in and out all the time, so just have to wait!

Had this at a party and came to get it for myself another day. Friendly staff and very convenient. Good neutral taste and flavor. Well balance use of ingredients. House sauce is good too. Not too sweet. I'll come here for all my spring roll needs and the price is very reasonable

So this little establishment saved the day for me yesterday. My brother was celebrating his bday and I needed a last minute food idea for 15 people. I called early in the morning as other places weren't even opened. Placed my order for 25 nem cuon and they allowed me to schedule a p/u time. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and got service with a smile from the worker. I knew the food was going to be good from this point. Also, pay with cash, they give a small discount. I'll be ordering more often for all of the parties/functions

For a Vietnamese eatery, customer service was great.The establishment is a very simple storefront that feels more like a juice bar, right in line with being a take-out only eatery.I would say their spring rolls as good as the next best competitor, without the wait and fuss.Will come back.

I decided to visit the place in person to make sure it was a good place to get them from. I was warned about the parking situation. If you've never been here, it's a sketchy place with a few homeless people around in the small plaza. Parking lot is super small but I actually got lucky and found a spot. I went in and the tray was $40 for 20 spring rolls and I can just call a day ahead and order. This is also a take-out place, no tables or anything so it's just grab-and-go. So, I decided to order the day before and they mentioned that if I paid in cash they would give me a discount. I ordered the popular NEM rolls which came out to $42 even. I also got them at 9:30am which is an hour after they opened and they were ready to go. The NEM rolls are grilled pork sausage rolls and they came with a big container of sauce, definitely more than enough and I'm glad it wasn't the typical peanut sauce. I can't believe I've never had these rolls and I was getting an entire tray of them! But I was happy because they definitely tasted good, everyone actually compares them to Brodard so you know they're good!! I'm so glad I ordered from here and I will definitely use them again, especially for my birthday!!!! They even came individually wrapped which is smart. I actually want to try other rolls too.

I'll never say no to Spring Rolls, so we decided to give it a try!- PARKING -Very small parking lot that seems to always be packed, and there's also quite a lot of homeless surrounding the business fronts and sidewalks.- SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT -Definitely a grab and go type of restaurant, as there isn't any seating available. Menu is simple enough that you tell them what you want and they'll package it for you within 5 minutes.- FOOD -Nem Nuong (3pcs - $6.60): If you're eating it without any comparison to other restaurants, I felt like this was pretty good! Many places have increased their prices, so this honestly wasn't too bad in my eyes. Now if you compare it to another popular spot that also does Nem Nuong... I'd still go to that original business over NEM. Still, the rolls were tasty and filled my craving.- OVERALL -If you're looking for a spot to have a quick grab-and-go type of snack/meal, NEM is a great option. I would just be prepared to have a passenger hop out if there's no parking available!

Thought they shut down during the pandemic but no,they are still up and running. Their Nem rolls are best when is consumed within few hours of pick up because the crispy wonton wrap inside will become soft and the cucumber and lettuce will stagnant.
