My husband and I have been going here for over 25yrs. It was our Valentine's Day place every year. Since the pandemic, service has gone down, it is no longer self serve and a lot of our favorite food has been removed. Looking for a new place! If they go back to self service and do some training, we may consider coming back, but for now... pass.

I showed up by myself and they won't serve me. Stupid rule must have at least 2 people for AYCE. Who does that?! Wow! I guess back to my go to AYCE, Cham Soot Gol, down the street. LOL.

I have been coming to this place for years, and all I have to say is that it's amazing. There's a variety of meats to choose from, as well as vegetables and side dishes. The service is also amazing as well. I come here very often and the food is always satisfactory. It's always fresh and delicious, and overall never fails. 10/10 everytime I go.

LOVE ITTTT it's not so busy atm but I got seated immediately and THE STAFF ARE THE SWEEEETEST I also like that you can choose your sides so the sides don't sit there and waste away

This place used to be an all-around 5-star prepandemic.The self serve all you can eat buffet is gone. Now you have to ask for the meat, sushi is no longer being served. Servers have a hard time understanding simple requests .( Language barrier).

I love coming here when I'm craving kimchi. The service is great, they even had suggestions on new meats I hadn't tried yet. I love love love their kimchi, oi muchim, baechu geotjeori, and the japchae. This review is long overdue since I've been coming here for such a long time now.
Reading some of these reviews just scream picky imo. For the price compared to other kbbq spots this is the best one. All you can eat AND you can walk up to get your sides whenever you want no limit. On top of that they added an additional item per person, don't forget about the ice cream at the end. What other place offers all that for a good price?? All the times I went there the service has been trying their best to serve you, if you have remorse you'd understand that they're short staffed so yes sorry if they seem rude or rushing. Give this place a chance honestly. I'd even recommend going on a weekday because it's more emptier and they'll serve you quicker if that's what you want. I wished they kept the brown sauce instead of oil and salt though but that's it ):

They close at 9:30 but were hurrying us only after 15 minutes of arriving at 7pm! Customer service was so rude I couldn’t believe that they thought I wouldn’t understand all the things they were saying about us just because we looked Hispanic.

Horrible place! Rude and unprofessional staff. They walked us to a table and rushed us to order. After ordering 3 meats, she brought out 5 different meats and ignored us when we tried to explain we didn't order 2 of the meats. Our server threw all the meats on the grill and left us there. All of it burned, this was due to her turning the grill up too high and adding way too much oil. All the oil ended up spilling to the ground. All the meat was dry, unseasoned, raw, and just straight up disgusting. After they charged us for the 2 meats we didn't order and charged us an extra 32 dollars for the sever to was rude and did nothing but throw the meats on the grill and leave. The total for 5 people was well over 160$. Don't come here!

Been here about 3 times already, and every experience I had was great. It's my new go-to spot!!! Every time I been here has been on an afternoon during a weekday, and it was not busy at all. The interior is nice and modern, and the buffet area is kept clean. Service is great and the aunties that work there are very nice and attentive. Their buffet-style sides (banchan) are amazing, their beef belly is amazing (i always order beef belly instead of brisket), and everything really is a good deal! I will keep coming back here :)

I don't usually like to give any restaurant a bad review unless it was that bad. I'm here with my family from out of town, we look up this place everything look good but when we got there it was dark and empty. I notice instantly this place don't even look like the pictures they posted. The service is ok and that's about it. The meat was just meat plain sauce was a no Bueno. Their thin slice pork belly tasted a little sour. My husband went to pay they charge us $32 for gratuity without informing us. So, basically we paid her $32 for her to throw five pieces of chicken on the grill and left. Base in my experience I will NEVER go back there again. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even to homeless people.
