SUMMARY: Decent food and convenient if you are staying in the Hyatt Regency Orange County FOOD: The food took a little longer than usual to come out, but that's probably because we showed up right when it opened. Our server was super nice too. We ordered the Juan's Chicken Quesadilla and the Bao Buns. The chicken quesadilla was surprisingly packed with delicious cheese and very seasoned chicken, I was impressed. The Bao buns were silky smooth with a balanced flavor profile between the pork, sauce, and pickled jalapeños. Both portions weren't too large, but decently priced at 17 and 18 dollars, respectively. Very conveniently located bar/restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The atrium of this hotel is really nice so the seating area is really nice with a very open feeling. Give it a shot if you're staying in the hotel, but no need to travel to the hotel just for this food.

Located inside the Hyatt Hotel lobby. Came here twice while staying at the hotel. First night a nice woman helped us and she was very attentive. The drinks were ok and the food was nothing special. Pork tacos had minimal flavor just like the burger. On the third night, I came down and waited every bit of 15mins to order a drink. The male server acknowledged being there and saying 'I'll be right there". Granted, he was nice- although seemed way too overwhelmed for the few people that were there. Mean while it seemed the manager or lead wasn't doing their job and the bartenders were not that overwhelmed with drinks- as I was watching the bartenders drink printer. Ordered an Old fashioned- which had far too much bitters and ruined the bourbon. Also ordered the truffle fries and for the price, definitely not worth it at all. Overall, the ease of being in the lobby is nice. However, I'd probably plan another place near by in my next visit.

OC Brewhouse is conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and open late night. I like to use convenience because we dined here on a Friday night when we arrived from Vegas and also dined Saturday late night after a full day in Disneyland. During the first night, we had lemon pepper chicken wings with fried potato chips and a burger with fries. The chicken wings were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked and juicy on the inside. We also got the campfire cookie, which is a must! You won't regret it. Comes with a chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, with chocolate syrup. Wings and the campfire cookie were my favorite! Second night I had the blackened salmon. I wasn't sure what to expect since I'm picky with salmon but the blackened salmon tasted just as good, if not better than a blackened salmon in a fine dining establishment. Salmon was perfectly cooked, moist, flakey, and the blackened seasoning was on point! We had the same server both nights. It was not the fastest service, but our server was very nice. Plus we were with great company, so we were in no hurry. Ambiance was great when you're eating late night because there's not alot of people. Definitely would eat here again if I stayed at this hotel again.

I came in early December and first dined on the first night of their new menu. I really enjoyed it. I got a quesadilla and it was really flavorful and tasted amazing. A bit on the expensive side, however.

OC Brewhouse is located inside the Hyatt Regency Orange County's lobby. We decided to go downstairs for a late dinner while staying at the hotel. The wife ordered the peperoni pizza and I had the restaurant's burger and fries. The wife said the pizza was average and my burger was alright. I think the service could have been more friendly and faster. We had to wait for quite a while to be served and a long time just to get our ticket. If we stayed at the hotel again, we probably would not return to OC Brewhouse unless it was our only option.
The food was cold, undercooked pasta with shrimp. Sorry, McDonald's has better food and I can't stand McDonald's. Don't waste your money.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the whole world
They claim to be pet friendly but it is not true. Since day 1 I entered, they were bothering me, they called and called my phone, my dog was barking, it is obvious that he is going to bark if he hears any noise.
They NEVER specified to me at any time that the dog could not be left in the room only for a few hours. They do this so they want to charge you a fine of $500 dollars for noise complaining.
I asked to speak to a manager
And they sent me someone named Tony, with whom I reached an agreement that I would no longer be bothered. Very clearly, I told him that we had tickets to Disneyland for the next few days.
which he suggested that I buy and give a type of relaxing pills to my dogs in case they were a little nervous and upset, which was done
The day I was in the parks they called me again to inform me again that the dogs were barking, which I told the manager Gladis that I had already reached an agreement with Tony, which turns out that she told me that Tony was just a guard. security so they lied to me that first day by the desk staff, it was really very inconvenient and frustrating to be dealing with that situation while already being in the parks, which we all know is not cheap and the stay in that hotel in which they had me was not economical either. already collected deposit and another deposit for taking my dogs which was of no use since one of us had to go to the hotel, leave the park, lose the day with us and ruin our vacation
Given the situation, I assumed that I would no longer be bothered since someone was already in the room with the dogs.
What a surprise he took me after Gladis and Alexis, both managers, threatened to take me out of the hotel and Gladis hung up on me in the most unprofessional way.
Even so, when there was already someone in the room, as I had already mentioned.

It is really a scam and I do not recommend it to stay. Neither Gladis nor Alexis wanted to give me names of people above them.
I'm going to keep contacting until we find a solution. Too much money was spent to ruin my Christmas vacation just because of racist people like them
I really need someone higher than those 2 to contact since they refuse to give me any information and
I need my money back !
Also day charge you $30 dolars per day for the parking !!!! If you’re staying already there why charge you extra !

Staying at the Hyatt Regency while in town for Thanksgiving. After a long day with family, came in for a few beers. Good selection of local craft brews. I chose Beachwood Citraholic. The beer was good and the service was excellent.
