It’s a Panda Express location… Nothing better, nothing worse. Just Panda and all of the standard Panda Express food you know and with either love, or hate. They are most definitely NOT true classic and authentic Chinese food. It is VERY Americanized and bland on flavor and bite. But, that what they are known for. It’s Chinese style American made fast food with basic decor and flavors. They recently had some price hikes and are slowly working their way to a price point where real authentic will be the go-to over them hands down. The Orange Chicken is 75% breading and doesn’t really have an authentic mandarin orange kick and bite orange chicken lovers, love….. The Fried rice has no real flavor and the chow mien seems to be a bit too oily for a good taste palette. The Kung Pao is not bad, but the chicken is fatty. This goes for the chicken in general, including the teriyaki chicken. They used to serve the teriyaki sauce hot, not you get in a packet at room temp. Big loss in the points section on this review. The sad thing is, the sauce had the most flavor out of everything else… So you be the judge. But spending $25 on a couple of plates of basic fast food American Chinese is a real, HARD PASS, net time we are thinking Chinese for lunch in the area. Everything was exceptional except for the amount of grease that they use. Either the chef needs to use more grease or find another alternative, my daughter loves the chow mien from here but, she eats a lot of grease with the chow mien. If it was a little more of a healthy alternative into using all of the grease, I would take back the 1 star off of the food. Everything else was good, compared to other Chinese restaurants.Dietary restrictions: Be careful for the grease if you have dietary restrictions and aren’t able to consume

I understand Chinese food is kind of greasy but right now I guess they over did it; or the chef doesn’t know what the limit is, she isn’t knowledgeable on how much grease is enough. my food came out too greasy today I can hardly eat it. If you come here just know it’s more greasy know then it was before. If you are trying to limit your grease content be careful.

I feel like their adding to much veggies in the chow mein now so much celery, cabbage, and lettuce in it. But overall the staff is nice the rest of the food is delicious.

Im writing this review as I sit in the store disappointed and upset. I'm never coming back to this location. I gave this place 3 tries and every time I have been disappointed. They never have fresh food, there was absolutely no chicken in my orange chicken which is what i'm most upset about. If i'm paying good money to have decent food, it should at least be decent quality. I strongly recommend trying another place. The cashier and food server were both rude, with a very displeased look on their face both whispering to each-other while looking directly at us. Did not feel welcomed at all. Very sad atmosphere. This is why places go out of business, because the effort just isn't there. I would much rather try a mom and pop shop. Complete waste of money.
Horrible service. They sent the wrong order to us, we tried calling over 20 times in the span of 10 minutes to let them know , but they would not answer the phone. We had to call from a different number so they wouldn't recognize my phone number. When then did answer, they put us on hold for 10 minutes, then blamed the door dash guy for their mistake. In the end they would not send us our food, they said all they could do was refund our money. So we didn't get our food and they tied up $76 of my money for 7 business days. These people are absolutely worthless!
