This pho place was one of the few pho places that was opened late. I would recommend going to another place as there are better pho places in the area. Menu appeared limited, but they allow you to order outside their menu in terms of what meat you want.Food:Pho had fatty oil in the broth by default. They should ask you before putting it in your soup. Some people don't want it in their soup. There is definitely MSG in the soup as well. You will be thirsty, so ask for water. Veggie condiments came out fresh. No complaints there.Service:The server had forgotten my order. We were the only people at the restaurant. If you can't remember an order, I would recommend writing it down. When the person delivered the order, he didn't remember who ordered what. There were only 4 of us. The owner appeared to be present and attempted to communicate with us about pho.Ambience:It has a modern vibe. I did like it. It is very spacious and simple.Parking:Restaurant shares the parking lot with other businesses. It can get busy during the daytime.

Bowl size for the "regular" pho is smaller than other places and amount of beef was downright skimpy unfortunately. Server depended on her memory to take our order for 4 people instead of writing it down so two bowls were not correct when brought out. First time here last year was much better so jury is still out if we will give it a 3rd try.

Really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn't it for me. Pros:- Plenty of seating, clean, spacious interior- Staff is very courteous and friendly- Open LATE for those late-night cravings! (until 1:00 A.M.) Cons: - Broth was flavorful, but soooo oily! Never had so much oil in my bowl from any pho place I've been to- More expensive than other pho places in the area- Parking can be difficult because there are a lot of businesses in the same plaza (Oc & Lau customers particularly take up a lot of the parking, lol)I think this place has potential, especially since the broth itself is pretty good, but they definitely need to cut down on the oil, haha.

It's ok. The perks is it's open late when other pho places are closed. But I feel I had to warn for someone with severe sensitive allergies.. prob. gluten or wheat or something because I was burping all night which hasn't ever happened in other pho places if they were cooking it clean from real beef bones for hours-days. So there's something in the pho that caused this.. perhaps they used powdered form? which I've tried& dumped becuz it did cause burping. The pho did tasted too sweet to be real pho. The service is great and I could put up with the allergy rx if have a late craving but definitely not if yours is severe or diabetic.

Been here quite a few times and never had a bad experience. I like how the restaurant is clean and typically not busy. With that being said, service can be quite slow sometimes, but doesn't really matter if you're in a rush lol. Pho makes up for it. The broth doesn't taste bad. This is one of my go-to spots after a night of heavy drinking or if feeling under the weather.

Definitely one of the best Pho I've ever had Food is flavorful and delicious , great customer service, clean restaurant, and they play good music! I was craving Pho after a day at Disneyland in June. Went to a different spot at first but customer service was bad and we ended up leaving. Then we found this place and it was amazing! We all loved it and wish we all lived closer. Had another Disney trip last week, this time with just one of the friend I came with last time and her son. Went to Pho Bros again and we all loved it. Will definitely eat here every time we visit SoCal.

Came into the city a bit late so we decided to get a late dinner at Pho Bros. Pretty glad that they're opened late. I think we got there around 11PM and it wasn't busy at all. My husband and I were seated promptly. I decided on their pho with beef balls (pho bo vien) and my husband got their pho with rare steak (pho tai). I also originally wanted to try their egg rolls but they had already ran out for the night. The pho came out quick and they provided all the condiments that you'll need: bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime, etc. Sriracha and hoisin sauce were on the table as well. The noodles were perfectly cooked. However, I wasn't a huge fan of their broth. It was really heavy on the star anise flavor, which is my least favorite flavor. So I just ended up putting a bunch of lime and sauces into the broth. There were a good amount of meat though! They definitely give you a great portion for the price!Overall decent. Not my favorite so I probably won't be back.

Took like 10 minutes to get pho. I don't know what the cook is doing but this was the fattest oil broth on top I ever seen. I used to work at a pho restaurant and this broth has TOO much oil and the broth is very dark. It's oil soup at that point. First and last time I'll come back.

Great service and very clean interior. Pho is rich and always comes out piping hot like i like it. The flavor of the pho is like northern style i believe. i always ask for beef on the side and they always accommodate me. Come try this place out and support your local business. I prefer this over phoholic.

This pho restaurant is a gem. The decor is simple w a little taste of Vietnamese culture. It's also clean which one of the reason I don't go to some other places as much. The broth is very savory. There rare steak (there was a lot of meat In the portion) and the vegetables is also fresh. Then there the service: the staff was very friendly and efficient. The owner is very nice and very personable. I saw that he would say hi to his customers and made sure the meal was good.

It’s a bit odd that I find it difficult to write this review. Because there were more good things than how much I am being picky here. The Pho was descent, some steak meat was fresh and some clearly few days old (you could spot it as soon as you tasted it). Nevertheless, the broth and noodles were nice. Asking for chili oil, I got a small cup of it (is it expensive?), it used to be always on the tables as a side garnish but other sauces were more readily available. The chicken wings came out swimming in sweet and saucer garlic sauce. Right away you wonder why, then I noticed it’s frozen meat that’s fried (perhaps more around a month or more) and mixed with this nice sauce, onions and green peppers. It’s common practice at most restaurants to buy frozen and fry and hence only a few places have high demand like Pelicana because when you bite into wings, you can see and taste fresh meat, still pink even (but fully cooked). The taste of fresh is not comparable in any way to frozen cooked meats. A dish I could only order once here. The spring rolls however were fantastic! Rich flavors of different mixes, I could eat just a dozen of those with a small side of broth. Perfect crispy cook and a nice dipping sauce, it was heavenly. You got something here and perhaps you can have another item on the menu with 8 counts or some other combinations.

Delicious pho. Very flavorful broth, plenty of noodles and beef. Tried the shrimp fried rice and it was really good too. Tried their wings and they were perfectly made, a little sweet, a little spicy. Plenty of parking. Nice looking, clean restaurant with great lighting. The service was amazing. Got our water refilled around 5 times. They let us stay well past our dinner, chit chatting, even though the place was full. Will be back!!!

I figured that I would try a new spot and I'm glad I did. I got the large dac biet and shrimp/beef fried rice. The broth was tasty and good. The noodles were blanched just right for my to go order, kudos on that. I would definitely come back.

Decent pho decent service not much to complaint about but nothing to write home about at the same time. Pho broth was bland imo and wish there was more meat.
