The Phở is decent. Service, atmosphere and cleanliness are much better than most Phở joints.

There will be a line if you come during peak hours. I went in at 9:30 PM. There was a short line as well. I recommend to call ahead of time and ask if they have availabilities or how long the wait would be.They’ll seat you! Ordered and the food came out within 10 minutes. A basil plant will also be put into your table. You can adopt the plant. Which means you can take home the basil + the bottle.Food presentation was cool. I love the bowls. They have hoisin and sriracha already in one of the “bowl”. They have northern and southern style. Look at the menu for details.I made my own bowl with southern style + tripe, brisket, filet mignon. The soup was a little salty but it was still good. There were lots of meats in the bowl. The soup was hot so be careful. I love hot soup so it worked out for me!Vietnamese coffee- it’s pretty good but I’ve had stronger ones. Still enjoyed it!Parking: I parked far. If you come during busy hours, it’s very hard to find parking. So beware if you’re on a lunch break.

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the perfect backdrop for our pho adventure. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, adding to the overall positive experience. As we delved into our bowls of pho, it was evident that each ingredient had been carefully selected and prepared with precision. The broth, rich in flavor and depth, served as the soul of the dish, while the noodles were perfectly cooked, offering just the right amount of chewiness. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in both the northern and southern styles of pho. While my husband savored the robust flavors of the northern style, I found myself drawn to the aromatic spices and delicate balance of herbs in the southern rendition. It was a culinary journey that left us craving more.Overall, our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. With its delectable pho offerings, friendly staff, and charming ambiance, it's no wonder this place has become a favorite among pho enthusiasts. We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings.

My Vietnamese car mechanic recommended I eat at Pho Flavor while he worked on my car. The restaurant did not disappoint! Excellent phó, that wasn't overly salty, great servers, clean and modern restaurant, and great food presentation. The spring rolls were probably one of the best I ever had. Definitely one of my go-to Phó restaurants.

First of all the food tastes amazing. They give you a choice of Southern Style or Northern Style Pho. What!! Who does that around here? Pho Flavor and the flavor is bomb! Their noodles are super fresh. I can tell they haven't been sitting in the back. I had my pho Northern Style. The flavor was bold. I loved it! Service was great and a cool ambiance inside to match.

The broth! The thicker noodles! The cool layered bowl! Fast friendly service. Don't waste your money on mediocre food at Disneyland. Come here instead. Hits the spot after a long day in lines for rides.

Nothing special about this place aside from the unique presentation so I am not sure why it has a lot of high reviews. The broth is flavorful but like other reviews mentioned they do use a lot of MSGs to achieve this.

Wowee...true 5 star pho! Arrived at noon, so had a bit of a wait (even though it was raining). Couple long benches outside so my MIL had a place to sit. So folks waiting for a table faced the diners, which we didn't do. Who wants to have lunch with 8 pairs of eyes staring at you eating!! Anyway, this place was worth the 10 min wait. What a cool looking place! Serving, dipping bowls attractively adorn the walls. Yes, the seating is a bit tight. However, once you are served your bowl of pho, everything in the room except that bowl just disappears. Never having the option between Northern & Southern pho, we of course chose Northern. MIL added brisket, flank & filet meats. I chose the combo without meatballs. It's all beef here folks. No chicken or tofu choices for protein. Out comes this beautiful multilayered pot. Open top contains a dollop of sriracha & hoisin. Second removable layer: bean sprouts, culantro & chili slices. Basil branches are served in a small bottle like a table centerpiece. The broth is lighter than other versions I've tried around town. Flavorful, a bit sweet(?), not as herby as Southern. Very generous portions of meat. Tender cartilage, thin sliced tripe, decent amount of flank & brisket. We both had the flat noodles. Just right, not mushy. All this was like, $15? We slurped and both finished our entire bowls (even though I know I heard her say," Oh this is too much! I can't finish all this!"). HA! There didn't seem to have different sizes here. Also, extra broth is available for $2. Ok, so we both used the basil, culantro in our Pho. Plus the sriracha as a dip. Come to find out after watching several YouTube videos from Saigon, Northern style Pho does not add basil or other accoutrements! We were supposed to savor the broth, noodles & onion all on their own. In the travel video, the waiter sternly said, " No basil!". So you know what that means, right? Gotta drag our asses BACK to Pho Flavors to eat it the proper way. Aaaww...poor things. Oh well, gotta be the sacrificial lamb sometimes.

All pho restaurants are the same? Not this one. Their concept is so unique. Free mint leaves and stems in a water bottle. Stacked bowls with the dipping sauce on top, vegetables in the middle, and pho noodles at the bottom. Very different, but I came here for the pho. The broth is delicious and the bowl is huge. I kept on digging and there was still enough meat. The meat was delicious. You can order Northern or Southern style broth. I prefer the south and it was amazing! I cant complain. This place is excellent. I would definitely come back. For Thinsulin fans, you can make your pho green light by substituting pho noodles with bean sprouts.
